NFL Power Rankings 4.jpg

It’s the  Quarter Mark Of The NFL  Season. We Seen Studied Overrated To Some Of The NFL’s Best, Worst And The In-Between. The Power ranking Picture is Beginning To become A lot clearer. The NFL Charge Up Out of the Curtains of the New Normal And Its Been Business As Usual, Except when It wasn’t In Week one.  As Most would Have Expected It the Bucs And Rams Are Good The Lions And Jags Are Bad. In Between Those two Polar Points Is a Middle ground of teams Shuffling in And Out of The Top Ten And The Middle Teens. Then There Are the Teams Playing Unexpectedly Good But No Can Quite mark Where They Belong. Also, Possibly an Imposter Wearing Old Rags Amongst The Top 10

27. Houston Texans (1-2)

Somehow The Texans Aren’t The Worse Team In Football, It’s At Least A tie right. In An Uninspiring Sense, They At times Dare To Justify Playing In The NFL Some. It’s Not Easy To find a Reason To Write about The Texans These Days, Near A temptation To completely Overlook Them Entirely, Particularly After A.40 Point Blowout At the Hands of The Bills But Tradition And Formality demand Such.  Quarterback In the interim David Mills Put In Another Dour Offering At at the office.  Mills, A Third Round Rookie,  entered Sunday as the lowest-graded quarterback in the NFL, Below “gadget” Guys Like Taysom Hill, and He More than Justified that rating against Buffalo.  11-of-21 passes for 87 yards and four interceptions, taking three sacks. Mills As 347 Yards in Three Games Played, Which is Less than Tyrod Taylor, Whom Mills Replaced As The Starter In the Second Game of The Season. It would Be OverISimplifying To boils This Down To The Turmoil That Is the Texans But Brandin Cooks 12th Highest Graded According To ProFootball Focus And 6th Highest Receiver In yardage. The Offensive Line Is Graded In the Range Of Average To  Above Average Across The Line But So Too Are The Bills. The Texans Are rank Last in Offense And For Good Reason, They Are  25th In defense for what Its Worth

28. New York Jets (1-3)

“There Is  Zero Panic”. The Jets Are Bad And for Once It Good Things. They Haven’t challenged Any Of The Teams They Have Competed Agsints Beside Carolina, of course, This would  Have been true Before Their First Win Sunday Versus The titans, And Though I Must Admit Their 14 Points Against What Is Now The Leagues Number 1 defense Looked Promising for  A Moment Before Qb Zach Wilson Threw Another Interception. Speaking of, The Rookie Starter Zach Wilson Has At Least Approach the Turn Of Improvement for What anybody Could Have Suppose Would Be A “Meaningless” First Season For Better Or Worse.  He’s tied For first In Interception With eight juxtapose To And Zombie-ish 2 Touchdown. Wilson Is tops In The League In Turnover-worthy-plays Which Is A Unique Stat That When Over Simplified Judges How Poorly A Player Or Quarterback is taking Care Of The Ball Wilson’s Marginal Array Of Scheme and Concept Understanding Only further Limits His ability. The Jets’ Worrisome Offense Doesn’t Boil Down to Just Wilson, The offensive line is a Work I Progress, The Connection With The Wide receivers Hasn’t formed Yet, And The running game is inept. The Upside The Pass rush Is Improved.

29 . New York Giants

Wait A Minute Is Daniel Jones Decent, Even respectable? The NFC Player of The Week Came Alive Sunday Secured The Giants The First Win of The Season, Jones’s 401  Passing Yards Removed the Residue Of His Mediocre Start To  The Season And Restored The  Luster Of His Prospective QB Career. Coming Into Sunday “Danny Dimes Was Averaging Just Over 250 Yards Per Contest with Only Two Touchdown For A Team That Has Been Threatening The Saints For The Title Of Under-Performing Offenses. Aginst The Saints On Sundays  Jones completed 28 of 40 passes for 402 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's 27-21 overtime win. He added 27 yards on four rushing attempts and ran in a two-point conversion. Offseason highlight Signing Kenny Golladay led the team in receiving, six receptions for 116 yards, And Former Bengal John Ross caught a 52 Yard Touchdown Help the Giants Score 11 Unanswered And Secure The Win. The First Win Is Invaluable. The Giants Have One Of The Toughest Stretches That Starts Next Game Against the Division Leading Cowboys.

30.  Detroit Lions (0-4)

Jared Goff has Been Playing Some Decent Ball For A Lions team Without A Win Or And Identity. 1100 yards 7 touch down 2 interceptions. His Adjusted Completion Percentage Is 76 %. The Offense Is Ranked 23 And The Defense Is Last In Nearly all Signicant Statistical categories.

31. Atlanta Falcons (1-3)

This Past Saturday College Football’s Then Number 3 Ranked Team The Oregon Ducks Took A Blow To The Their Playoff Resume With A Loss To Rival Stanford Cardinals. The Ducks Playoff Credibility was Shooked And The Standings Are In Limbo. The Ducks Are Still One Of the Teams Favored To make The Playoffs. The Past half Decade Or So has left The Once juggernaut Program Glorified for Its renown Under Former Coach chip Kelly, which Is So 2015. One Of The Reasons for The Ducks Resurgence Is Kayvon Thibodeaux. Thibodeaux is the Ducks’ star pass rusher and arguably the best NFL draft prospect in the country And As Of Sunday Thibodeaux Should Stand as The Falcon Cause of This Season. The falcons Have One Win On The Season which At this point is One Win Too Many. When Coedarelle Patterson, who Is Have An All-Around Exceptional Season As A Offensive Weapon--Second On the Team In Both Rushing yards(119 Yards0 And receiving yards(235 Yards) And 1st in Touchdown On Both Ends--Is The Most Heralded Facet Of your Team There is Some “rethinking” that Needs To be. The Time To Dismantle This Team And Begin Construction from The Inside Out. Tarde Everyone. Matt Ryan has 990 Yards 8 Touchdown And 3 But He is Not Going To Revive the Kyle Shanahan MVP Prowess Of 5 Years Ago. Wide Receiver Calvin Ridley has Tied forth 8th In The League in Receptions with 27 but is Negligible for The 25th Ranked Offense. Rookie 1st Round TE Kyle Pitts’s targets Have Increased Over The first 4 Weeks of The Season. The Falcons Are working Him Into The Offense And Splitting His Time As A Receiver Out Wide 40% of Hs Snaps and In The Slot 50% Of His Offensive Snaps. The Falcons Aren’t The Worse Team In football Outright But They Have the Weakest Prospects. On The Season The Falcon have A 30 Point Point Differential And The 28th Ranked Defense is Allowing The Most Points In The NFL.

32. Jacksonville Jaguars (0-3)

“We Want Bama”. Coach Urban Meyer Is learning The rope Of The Pros And it’s Been One Criticized Mess After Another. . The Jaguars Are Turning The corner Though, At least It seems. Sure They Haven’t Won A Game So far But there Is Enough Promise Shown By Trevor Lawrence To warrant Some optimism For Fans Of The Franchise.  They Push the Bengals To The End of regulation and Trevor Lawrence Completed One Of The Palys Of The Year on A deep hook Up With LaViskas Shenault rolling Out To His Right, That made Its way Into The top Plays of the Week; Thats Something. Lawrence averaged 8 Yard Per attempt against Cincy And Despite His Interception And The Learning Curve Through his first True Losing Season, Lawrence hasn’t Lost His GunSlinger Approach To The Game Despite Struggles. Through Weeks 1-3, Lawrence had 5 touchdowns And 7 interceptions. Lawrence Finished His Battle with Joe Burrow, 17 of 24 passes for 204 yards with no touchdowns No interceptions.  204 Yards bring His Total to 873 yards but 5 TD Leads All rookies.
