NFL Week 10 Recap.

Chiefs Vs Broncos

Yes, The Chiefs Can Continue To Win Like The Way They Prevailed Over the Broncos On Sunday With A Late Field Goal Block To Hold The Broncos From Pulling Off The Biggest Comeback Of The Season. By All Accounts, The Chiefs Had Every Opportunity To Lose This Game. Patrick Mahomes Missed Two Touchdowns, One A Deep Pass To Xavier Worthy Another On The Goal Line Over The Head Of Travis’s Kelce Head But The Chiefs Still Come Away With The Win. The Chiefs showed The Broncos that the game doesn’t end in the first half. You have to play all 60 minutes straight through to the end, and this Broncos team Hasn’t experienced those heights yet. Kansas City  Averages Nearly 10 Points In The Forth Quarter So They've Develop A Place Under Adversity. Before The Half The Broncos Missed Out on Three Points Thanks To a False Start As The Offense rushed To Spike The Ball. That Five Yard Penalty Push A Makeable 55 Yarder To 60 and Right Out Of Their Kickers Range as The Field Fell About Three Yards Short, Minor Details That Shift The Outcome Of Games To One Side.

While The Chiefs Struggled To Get Points Early On The Broncos, Denver's Bigger Receivers gave Kansas City’s Quicker Corners Trouble. Cortland Sutton Caught A Massive 32-yard touchdown To Put The Broncos Up 14-3 In The Second Quarter. The Broncos Don't score Again and Rack Just 53 Yards Of Offense In The Second Half Compared To 207 In The First Half. The Broncos Offense Can Become Predictable Outside Of An Opportunity Deep Because The Receiver Can Only “Win” CertaiN Routes And Defenses Dont Have To Play Too Much Deep Shell. The Broncos Run Game Also Provided Little Support For Bo Nix. Even the Bronco's Last Drive Required.

OVER five minutes of Game Time On

SHORT pass. Nix Finished With One Of His Best Games Of The Year 22/30 For 215 Passing Yards, Two Touchdowns, and a 115 Passer Rating. Patrick Mahomes 28/42 For 266 Passing Yards, One Touchdown And A Passer Rating Of 92.0. Mahomes Connected With Travis Kelce In The First Half For The Chiefs Only and He Lead The Chiefs Offense To Two Field Goal Drives. The Chiefs Defeated The Broncos Not Because Of Luck Or A Blocked Field Goal The Chiefs Won because Winning Teams Know How  To Win And Make Winning plays and Losing Teams Know how To Lose. The Broncos Drop 5-5 But Still Boost Of A Strong Defense.

Bears Vs Patriots

Neither Drake Maye Nor Caleb Williams Played Celebratory Yesterday  In THEIR matchup Of Number One Versus Number Three Picks In This Year's Draft.  The Refrain Gets Tiring But The Bears's Offense Dwarfs The Patriots In Takent But Ultimately  The Bears Score Three Points As The Patriots Rout Caleb Williams 19-3. The Bears Came Into Focus In This One With The Patriots Sporting One Of The Worse Defenses In Football Could The Bears' Offense Re-Route Themselves Back Into The Form They Displayed Their Three Game Stretch From Week Five To Eight. Instead With All Their Talent The Bears Still Appear In A Place Of Figuring This Offense Out. For All Their Talent The Bears Still Have an Equiform Trio Of Receivers On The Outside Which MAkes The Offense a lot less Threatening Because the Defense Only needs to fear "Specific" Route Combinations Because The Bears do have the Skillset To Win Over Top Consistently Or A Quick Explosive Type Who can Convert A Short Catch Into A Big Gain Through A Couple Of Forced Missed Tackles Like A Khalil Shakir Type Or A Calvin Austin. DJ Moore, Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze All Have Breakaway Traits But Serve As Position Receivers, All Of Williams Receivers Rank Near The Bottom Of The League In Yards After Catch And Middle Of The Field In Getting Open According To ESPN Analytics. Criticize The Fired Offensive Coordinator Shane Waldron But I Dont Know How Anyone Makes Williams And His Flaws Work With A Roster Build For A More trditional Based Quarterback. The Patriots Play Mostly Man Defense, and a lot of Single High Coverage, And The Bears couldn't Get Open Early. Caleb's Worse Tendencies Like Holding The But Became Glaring As He Took Nine Sacks From One Of The Weakest PAss Rushes In Football.

Falcons Vs Saints

The Falcons fall To The Depletes Sainst as Kirk Cousins' Final Pass Gets Picked Off Cancelling the Falcon's Comeback Attempt and Ending The NFC South Contest 20-17. Derek Carr Answered Critics By Reviving The Early Explosive  Offense The Saints Started The Year Completing Two Passes Of Better Than 30  Yards, including One Of His Two Touchdowns To Lead The Saints and End A seven  Game Skid. The Falcons generate 468 yards of offense and 116 yards on the ground for Bijan Robinson, including a 37-yard rush from Bijan Robinson on his way to the end zone. Bijan Scored Twice In The Losing Effort. Falcons Kicker Younghoe Koo Missed Three Make-Able Field Goals. Marques Valdez-Scantling Making His Second Game With The Saints Three Catches For 109 Receiving Yards, Two Touchdown.

49ers Vs. Buccaneers

The Niners After Missing Multiple Field Goals Throughout The Game Pull Away With The Win Over 23-20 On A Late Field Goal Conversion.

This Niners-Bucs Game Features So Many Moments That Define This Game. Deebo Samuel shoving His Kicker and Long Snapper after a Rough Game Of Watching Field Goal fall short In Close High Adrenaline Game. Baker Mayfield Holding Off A Half Serious Nick Bosa  And completing A One Handed Pass To Running Back Rachaad White On Fourth And Seventh To Give The Bucs A New Set Of Downs And Ultimately A Field Goal. The Bucs Would Convert Said Field Goal. In The End Brock Purdy Would Find Four Straight Completions To Put The Niners In Position For the Last Gasp And Jake Moody Would Come Through In the Clutch To Propel The Niners Over The Bucs 23-20. Facing A 10-3 Deficit After The Half The Bucs  Offense Flounder For Offense Until The 49ers Muffed A Punt Turning The Ball Over And Gifted The Buccaneers A  short Field And A Nine Yard Touchdown From Baker Mayfield To Rachaad White. The Next Buccaneers Drive Would See Him Forced To Travel The Length Of The Field, 70 Yards, Over 10 Plays Where Bucky Irving Would Convert The 12 Yard Touchdown. The Bucs' Offense Struggled Most Of This Game, Just 3.7 Yards Per Play But Chew Out A Lead Late. Mayfield and The Bucs Still Down One Mike Evan Completed Just One Pass Over Ten Air Yards. His Counterpart Brock Purdy Managed Far More Successes In The Pass Game. On The 49er's Next Scoring Drive Purdy Connected with Christian McCaffrey For 30 Yards Down Downfield to Get The Niners  Into Buccaneers’s Territory.

Purdy would Hit Tight End George Kittle For A Beautiful Corner Shot Where Kittle Just Get his Feet Down In Bounds. The Niners Didn’t Get Much Done On The Ground For The Niners But He Got 19 Touches For 107 Yards.

McCaffrey Coming Off Of His Injury He’s Just One Of

Two Players Still Trying To Get Acclimated To Niners Offense In All-Pro Running Back Christian McCaffrey And Rookie Ricky Pearsall Recovering From Gun Shot Wounds  That Get The On The Board First In The Tampa Bay-San Fransisco Game. McCAFFRey Had Missed All Of Eight Of The Niners Games This season And without Him Playing One Can Forget How Slippery And Difficult McCaffrey Can Prove To Take Down On Initial Contact. Quarterback Brock Purdy Hits CMC In Back Field With Five Yards To New Downs, McCaffrey Looks Stopped Short Before  Busting Free From A Tackler And Converting The Down. Purdy Hits Rookie Ricky For  A 46 Yard Catch And Run, 31 Yards after The Catch.  Pearsall Scored His First Touchdown Of The Season  After Missing The First Six Games With A Gun Shot Injury.

The Win helps The Niner Stay On Pace With The Cardinals As The NFC West Race Become The Division To Watch As All Four Teams Having Poll Position In Playoffs. Can The Niners Regain Their Championship Form With McCaffrey Back In The Lineup? The loss drops The Bucs To 4-6 After Losing Four Straight but One Of The Bucs' Losses is All Decided By One Score Late Points By Opponents Translating To The Difference In The Bucs Record Wins And Losses. Atalanta’s Loss To The Saints The Door Hasn't Closed For The Bucs Entitely But Man You Can Hear The Key Raddling.

Rams Vs Dolphins

The Rams Have Looked Like That Team No One Has Wanted To Face Coming Down The Stretch Of The Season. Even Though Matthew Stafford Doesn’t Play Consistent Top Ten Ball Anymore He’s Still Amongst The Most Fear In Football Setting. He’s One-Handed Jaime Lannister From Game Of Thrones, Not As Capable Of Swordsman But Just As Dangerous. The Dolphins  Top a Difficult Rams Team To Pull Off Their First Win Sine Tua’s Return 23-15.

Tua  Tagovailoa Throwing For One Touchdown And One Interception And Rekindling His Big Play Magic Connecting On A 36 Yard Pass To Jaylen Waddle Early In The Game Converting a 3rd and 13? and Leading To A Malik Washington Touchdown To Put The Dolphins Up Early 7-0. The Dolphins' Offense needs to Build On Their One Score Lead In The Second Half. Tua Connected  With His Tight Jonnu Smith Who Bull Dozes A Defender And Picks Up 33 Yard Off Of a Short Pass To Set Up A Tua To Tyreek Hill Touchdown. The Rams Out gained The Dolphins 327-238 In Yardage, Including 293 Passing yards From Matthew Stafford On 32/46, and  Threw A First Half Pick The Rams Offense only Converted Just 3-12 On Third Down And Settled For Six Field Goals Converting Five. The Rams' Offense Faced A Storm Of Third And Longs and Other Long Down And Distances Thanks To penalties and Other times Sacks. The Dolphin's pass Rush Got To Stafford Four Times. Rams Running Back Kyren Williams Fumbles Near Mid Field After A Tua Interception, Only Miami To Fumble The Ball Back. The Swing Off Three Turnovers led To The Rams' First Points On Field Goal Late Through The Second Quarter.  “a lot Of Things Were Not In Alignment For What We Were Looking For”

Sean McVay Said After The Game.

The Win Keeps Miami Mathematically Alive For The Playoffs. The Dolphins Have A Total Of 8 Games To Go With the Team In The AFC Wildcard Picture Continuing To Crumble With Great Pace If The Defense Can Prevent Minute Field Goals The Team Should Come Out Just Fine. The Rams Needed This Win To Stay out with Cardinals And 49ers In The Division But The Door To at least one Wild Card spot Remains Wide Open For now. The Rams' Pass Rush Sacked Tua Three and The Defense forced an interception Which Lead To Tua Briefly Leaving The Game With an Apparent Concussion Before Returning To Action Later.

Commanders Vs. Steelers

Jayden Daniels Has Blown Away The Football World With His Play Through The First Half Of The Season. In Ten Games He’s Taken His Place As The Face Of The Franchise Who Hasn’t Had A Quarterback Start on Day One In Back Years Since Kirk Cousins Left In 2018 while Ranking Number One In EPA Per Play and Number Two In EPA back Leading One Of The Least Talented Offensive Roster In Football To A Top Two Offense In Football.

Impressive The Commanders Have Lost Big Games Against Playoff-Worthy Competition And while no one Can Find Fault In Losing To The Ravens The Commanders Need To Ratify Their Playoff Appeal With A Strong Win. Facing A tough Steelers’s Defense with Only A 14.9. The Steelers Defense Would Live Up To Their Billing Holding The Number Two Offense In Football To Three 3 And Outs On The First 3 Of 4 Commanders' Possessions.  The One Scoring Possession For The Commanders Came After A Botched Fake Punt Conversion That Put The Commanders Inside The 20 And Austin Ekeler Converted For A Touchdown On a Short Run.

The Commander's Offense Leads The League In Yards Per Drive(44.6)  Only Mange 19 yards Over  Their First Four Drives,  Less Than Five Yards A Drive.

The Commander's Defense Had Improved In Recent Weeks But Not Enough To Match The Improvement of The Steelers’s Offense Under Russell Wilson. Wilson Put Up Passing Touchdowns Early including A Beauty Of A Rainbow To wide Receiver George Pickens for Thirty Yards As The Steelers Take The Early Lead. Pickens Makes An Acrobatic Adjustment On The Ball. The Commander Would Adjust And Get Some On The Board. Before The Half Jayden Daniels Would Lead The Commanders On A Complete Scoring Drive Before The Half 15 Plays, 94 Yards, End zone To End Zone Austin Ekeler Finishing Off The Drive With A Quick

yard Score And Would Exit The First Half With The Lead of 17-14. First Drive Out of The Half, Daniels Would  Connect With Terry McClaurin For For 54yards And The Commanders Would End With Jeremy McNichols For One Yard. With A Lead Late, The Commanders Fielded Multiple Opportunities To Close Off A 27-21 Lead Late In The Fourth Including Two  Steeler Turnovers, One In scoring Position. Russell For All His Deep Throw Magic Gets Pick Off By Jeremy Chin Covering George Pickens. The Commanders Despite A Big 28 Yard Play From Daniels To McClaurin  The Commanders Go Backwards And Punt. The Steeler Drive Into The Commander's Red Zone(Including A Fourth Conversion and Multiple Third Downs) But Jeremy Chin Rips The Ball From a Charging Jaylin Warren securing yet Another Opportunity To Ice This Game. The Commanders Go Three and Out On The Next Drive For The Steelers Wilson Doesn’t Miss Again he Hits Mike Williams For 32 Yards And a Touchdown Score To Give The Steelers Their First Since The Second Quarter and Steelers Out last The Commanders 28-27. Despite A Close Near Forth Down Conversion Late, The Commander's Last Ditch Effort Come Up Short. Wilson 14/28 For 195 Passing Yards, Three Touchdowns,  One Pick Passer Rating Of 93.6. George Pickens Five Catches For 91 and A Touchdown. The Steelers Put Together A Great Game Despite Wilson Generally Struggling Outside of Three Big Plays The Steelers Pull Out The Win. Jayden Daniels Also Finished 50% Completion 17/34 For 202 Passing Yards. Terry McClaurin 5 Catches 113 Receiving Yards. The Commanders Remain Without That True Top Level Win And Now Fall To 7-3. The 7-2 Steelers Remain In Place For Second Seed if The Top Two Should Fall.

Colts Vs. Bills

The Colts Roster Holds So Much Offensive Talent And Offensive Potential That the Frustrations At Quarterback Feel Unfair. Joe Flacco Starts The Game With Two Interceptions On Back Drives, One of The Bills Convert Into A Pick Six. The Second Scooped Up By The Bills’ Defensive Line Leading to a Field Goal.  The Colts Would Get A  Couple of Big Plays A 56-yard run By Jonathan Taylor In The First Half and A 32-yard Catch To Alec Pierce In The Second Half. The Bills Would Take A 20-13 Lead Into The Half After The Colts took A Brief Lead. This Game Would Swing Wildly On a Sequence Of Turnovers In The Second Half. With the Colts Driving Joe Flacco Starts The Half 4/4 For 56 Yards a Sack Fumble By Gregory Rousseau Would Result In The Bills Getting The Ball Back. On The Ensuing Play For The Bills, Josh Allen Throws His Second Pick Of The Game Giving The Colts The Ball Back in Plus Territory. The Colts Would Drive To The Buffalo 20 And Attempt A Conversion On A 4 And 2 Needing To Score And Flacco Takes A Sack, Inexplicably. The Turnovers Epidemic Continued For The Colts In Fourth. Joe Flacco Had The Colts Driving Again And Picking Up Yards But One  Over Thrown Ball Off The Hands Of Alec Pierce All 6’3 Of Him  With a 96th Percentile Catch Radius—How Did Flacco Miss That? FLACCO would Hit Pierce Later In The game for A Touchdown But The Colts Late Game Sucess proved moot As The Bills Score 30 For Their Fourth straight Game And Take This Win 30-20.  Flacco Showed—If Only For Moments—Why The Team Believed In Him. His Turnover Crushed Drive His Arm Put The Colts In Position To Lose For Right Now He’s The Right After Finishing 26/35 For 272 Passing Yards, Two Touchdown, Three Interceptions (Four Total Turnovers) Four Sacks. Alec Pierce had Four Catches For 81 Receiving Yards and A Touchdown. Adonai Mitchell 6 Catches For 71 Receiving Yards, and Josh Downs 7 Catches For 71 Yards But Far Too Many Shots In The Foot. Josh Allen Without A Passing Touchdown On The Game led the Bills 22/37 For 280 Passing Yards, Two Interceptions, 60.6 Passer Rating 8 Carries For 50 Rushing Yards. James Cook Touched Off The End Of The Game On His Way To 19 Touches For 80 Rushing Yards. Mack Hollins Who Reeled In A Massive 44 44-yard catch On 3rd and 10 With Josh Allen Running Out Of Bounds. The Bills Racked Up 415 Yards Of Offense and Have Won 5 Straight Games And 8 Games Of 30 Or More On The Season. With Seven Games To Go The Colts Season soon Falls Into A rapidly deepening Abyss. The Schedule Ahead Has Two Winning Teams and One Winnable Game Against The Broncos But They’ll Need A Texans  Collapse To Aide Their Playoff Hopes.

Giants Vs Panthers

The Giants And The Panthers Find Themselves In Similar Circumstances  Entering Week 10 No chance Of Making The Playoffs, Two Rudderless Offense Prop Up Momentary Successes, and Two Forlorn Quarterbacks Both Teams Need To Make Work For At least This Season.  Both The Giants And Panthers Would Hate To Watch Either Of These Quarterbacks Leave In Free Agency And Succeed With Another Team. Malik Nabers Became The Catalyst To The Giant's Offense Early In The Season And While His Total Numbers Still Look Solid He’s Slowed Down In Recent Weeks After Coming Off A Concussion. The Giants And Daniel Jones Have Struggled To Hit Deep Passes Consistently Throughout The Season And For this Find Themselves Facing Long Down And Distances resulting In Passing Struggles. The Giants Roster comes Fitted With Mostly Downfield Receivers and Maybe A Tight End Like Brock Bowers would Have Fit The Team Better Than Nabers.

Daniel Jones  Started The Game Just 1/5 After Starting Last week With 0 First Half Yard he Only Manage Three Yards. Panthers Running Back Chubba Hubbard Fresh Off Of A New Pay Check Put His Feet and Impact To Work, 83 Yards Over Two Drives And Big 26 Yard run That Lead to A Score As The Panthers Took A 10 Point Lead Early. Bryce Young Didn’t Have Trouble Finding Deep Targets Early Hitting New Top Receiver and Social Media superstar  Xavier Leggette For 23 Yards To Get The Panthers Rolling.  Bryce Young Would Convert The Drive Into A Touchdown On a Quick Roll Hit To Ja’Tavion Sanders For A Touchdown. The Panther Like A Wolf After The Night Of A Full Moon Terrorizing The Panthers Would Revert To Their Natural Form. Hubbard Would Get The Panthers Back On The Board In The Third Quarter with A Goal Line Run But The Offense Struggled For Stretches In The Second Quarter And Panthers would Assume A 17-7 Lead Through The Third Quarter.

Hubbard Would Fumble On A pass Play In Panthers Territory But An Interception From Daniel Jones Would Turn The Giants Back with No Points.

Despite The Error, Hubbard produced A Masterful Game Rushing With 28 Carries( 32 Touches Total)--Three Carolina  Exhausted at The End Of Overtime-- For 153 Yards, Picking Up Four Explosive Runs, Three Runs Of Over 20 Yards Or Better.

To Help The Panthers Picked A Week 10 Victory 20-17 Over The Giants. Despite The Giant's Defense Coming In to Lead The League In Sacks they Took Down Bryce Young Once.

Instead, The Panthers Defensive Line Proved Dirauptive With Jadeveon Clowney Forcing An Interception of Jones On a Solid Giants and Defensive tackle Ashawn Robinson forcing A Fumble On The First Drive Of The Overtime.

Bryce Young Modest Game 15/25 126 passing Yards One Touchdown.

The Giants Added Their Quarterback’ Achilles Heel To Their Offense And Essentially Made Him(The Heel) The offense's Top Option. The Giant's Offense Would Suffer Multiple Miss Opportunities including A missed Field Goal and a Number Missed Receiver Field. The Giant's Best Drive Deep Inside Carolina Results In An Interception. The Giants would Get On The Board Twice In The Second Half. Giants  Running Back Tyrone Tracy A Revelation A Team With a big 32-yard Rushing Score. The Giant's Score Would Come On The Heels Of Daniel Jones Who Scrambles His Way Into The End Zone On A Right Yard Scamper Cutting The Giant's Lead To One Field Goal. The Giants Would Force Overtime Late In The Fourth On A Graham Gano Field Goal.  Daniel Jones has 22/37 Passing Attempts, 190 Passing Yards Two interceptions, Two Sacks, and is Generally The Ineffective Quarterback We’ve Watched This Season Playing Against The Worse Defense In Football.

Jets Vs. CARDINALS

For Much Of The Team’s First Eight Games Of The Season The Cardinals On Offense Had The Form Of An “Ameoba” Inconsistent in The Passing And Uncommitted To Run Game. The plan for Arizona and Kyler Looked Unscripted and With A Load Of Unpolished Pieces, The Cardinals's  Offense Would Need Time To Figure Things Out. In Back To Back Weeks The Cards Have run over and Beaten the Top Ten Defenses Dropping The Jets on Sunday 31-6.

Even After Their Recent Win The Jets Offense Didnt Look Anywhere Fixed Just Opportunistic picking Their Spots. Against  The Cardinals Arizona’s Spots Came But The Jets couldn't Capitalize.  The Jets' First Two Scoring Drives, One In The Red Zone New York Settled For A Field Goal Twice After Davante Adams Dropped Two Passes. in the Moment The Usually Handed Dynamic Receiver Would Suffer Concentration Lapses. “we've  Got To Finish And Find Ways To Score Touchdowns” Garrett Wilson Said After the Game. The Jets Finish 0-3 In The Redzone Including  A Second Fumble On fourth down Off Of Aaron Rodgers With Them Jets In Desperation Mode And Davante Adams Dropped A Pass On Third Down. Adams finished with six receptions On 13 targets for Just 31 yards. “Weird Day” Adams Said After The Game Wilson Caught 5 Catches For 41 Yards Against A Regularly Generous Cardinals Defense.

Aaron Rodgers Ran Mike Williams Out Of Town in Favor Of Davante Adams. Williams Catches A game Winning Touchdown For The Steelers,  Davante Adams Drops Multiple touchdowns, and The Jets Get Routed and Dropped To 3-7. Favoritism Backfires, Adams Also Choose The Jets Over options Like The Steelers. Arizona On The Other Hand Had No Issue Scoring Touchdowns, starting The Game With Five Straight Drives Scoring Points, Four Touchdowns, and One Field Goal.

Kyler Murray And James Connors Would Get The Cards On The Board With Two Short Rushing touchdowns to Put The Cards Up 14-6. Murray Would Connect with rookie Receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. with Jets DJ Reed Drapes All Over Him. The Cardinals Would Take a 24-6 LEAD at Half. The Cardinals Would Score Again Off The Aaron Rodgers Fumble, Murray Again On The Ground Using His Legs For A 12 12-yard rushing score. With His Arm Murray 22/24 For 266, Completing His Final 17 Passes To End The Game. Rodgers One For The Throw Away Reel, 22/35 For 151 Just One Completion Over 10 Air Yards, Three Sacks, and A  -3.5% Completion Over Expected. Rodgers Has Registered Just Two Games With A Positive  CPOE.  If The Cardinals Continue To Play To This Level, especially The Defense This Team May Have A Better Shot At Winning In The Playoffs Than The Team That Started 11-0 A Few Years Back. The NFC West Division Will Get Settle In The Next Few Weeks With Two games versus Seattle Pending. The Jets Defense Looked WorSE for Wear Outside Of A Few Plays, Like That Bone Crushing Sack On Kyler Murray. The Secondary  Got Exposed, Sauce Gardner missed Tackles Partly Because the Team Avoided Him Which Made Him Less Accustomed To Making Tackles. WITH the Playoffs Virtually out Of Reach The Jets Must Now Turn Their Focus To What An Offseason Can Look Like For A Team Needed To Evolve. The Entire Jets’ defense had 20 missed tackles This Unit Won’t With Such An Odious Number Bulging Out During Win Games.

Lions Vs. Texans

Many Detroit Fans  And Football Fans Turned Sunday  Night Football Off At The Half After The Lions Felll Down 16 Points, With The Offense Struggling and Jarrd Goff Throwing Three Interception in The First Half. If You Didn't tune Out Then you started Scrolling Through The TV directory After One Or Two Of His Third Quarter Interceptions. The Lions’s Offense Managed Two Touchdowns In Between Time But The Offense Couldn’t Consistently Attack The Houston Secondary. Detroit's Defense  Spark This Comeback Getting Two Takeaways For Themselves With Corner Carlton Davis Picking Off Stroud Twice, Once In The End Zone To Keep The Texans Scoreless In The Second Half. A Massive Comeback Just Like A Coin Has Two Sides The  Texans Got A Lot Of Plays Going Down Field But Slowed Down As The Game Progressed. Like The Lions The Texans Turned Coy, Looking For Shorter Gains To Grind The Clock Essentially Playing Not To Lose Rather Striving To Win. The Texans Choked In The Big Moment As CJ Stroud and The Offense Deferred To The Texans To Continue Playing At An Already Unbelievably High Level. Stroud Made Some Plays In The Passing Game But Didn’t make Enough Plays After The Half-finished 19/33 For 232 Passing Yards, One

touchdown, Two interceptions Four Sacks, And a 64.2 Passer Rating. Carlton Davis

If the Lions Too Three Offense Had Any Flaws They Can Look Preditable At Times. Quarterback Jared Had completed More Than 82.8% Complzed Of His Passes Over the Last Six Games and 74.9 percent Of His Passes This season. Goff Needed One completion On his first pass on against the Texans, But The Lions showed They Didn’t Want To Test The Texans Deep downfield and Wanted To Get The Ball Out Of Goff’s Hands Early On Downs. If You’re Completing 75.0 percent In  2024 Teams Cue That The Lions Start To Play Less Aggressive As The Game Starts  Then Work Their Way Into Deeper Zones.

After Goff Connected With Tight End Sam Laporta For 20 Yard Score To Cut The Texans Lead To 10-7 in the First, This Game Didn’t Look Like It Would Get Out Of Hand. The Texans First Half Defense Faced Too Many Opportunities To Let The Lions Prevail. Before The Fourth Quarter, The Lions Held An 84.3% Chance To Win But a Full Quarter Gave Way. The Texans Gained 35 Yards In The Fourth Quarter  Compared To 125 For The Lions and 13 A Minute field goal To End The Game. Some Of Goff’s Interceptions Were Flukey, Like His Sack Empty Hand Throw That Bounces Off Of The Head Of A Texans End And Into and His Late End Of Second Quarter Heave.  Lindbacked Henry To’o To’o. Four Of Goff's Picks  Came Either Targeting Amon-Ra St. BROWn Or Sam Laporta. Laporta led the Team In Receiving 3 catches for 66 Yards Including a 37-yard catch. The Lions' Run game was not Great But effective 32 Carries Total For 105 Rushing Yards. Jahmyr Gibbs Produced Big Plays In Both The Pass Game With A 33 Yard Catch And Run and A Big 20-yard In The Second Half For The Lions.

Teams Called The Texans about Jon Metchie’s Availability Before The Trade Deadline. Sure The Texans Feel Glad They Didn’t Answer On Their Underutilized Receiver. The Lions Defense Has One Weakness, They Struggle Down Field And The Texans Worked That Area. Metchie Finished With Five Catches For  74 Receiving Yard And One Touchdown Two Big 20 Yard Including His Touchdowns. The Texans turned To Struggling Run Game In An Attempt to Hold Back The Clock Forcing kicker Ka’imi Fairbairn. Joe Mixon 25 Carries For 46 Yards, 1.6 A Carry. The Texans Drop to 6-4 With Complete Control.
