NFL Week 12 Preview

Vikings Vs Bears

The Bears Team Did Nearly Everything Necessarily To Win Against The Packers Except Actually Win. The Defense Got A Turnover, Caleb Williams Played With An Improve Sense Of Understanding  But The Bears Failed To Wrap Up The game. The Bears' Defense Gave Up A pretty Decent Quarterback Rating To Jordan Love, Despite Picking Him Off Once Love Completed All Of His 6/7 Passes Of 15+ Yards. While Bears Cornerback And Safety  Tandem Jaylon JohnSON and Jaquon Brisker Remain Two Of The Best At Their Position(65.5 and 57.1 Passer Rating Respectively) The Rest Of The Bears' Coverage The Safteties And The Linebackers Have Looked Seriously Vulnerable over This Year. The Bears' Pass Defense faces the Viking's Passing Attack That Feature Jefferson Coming In Second In The League In Receiving Yards. Sam Darnold Found Himself Passing Success Over The Middle Against The Titans He's Tied For First In Air Yards Per Attempt, 20+ Yards Completions, and Second In Completed Air Yard Per Attempt. He Shook Off The Three Interceptions He Threw Against Jags But Most Know That Jykell And Hyde Version Of Sam Darnold. This Viking Defense Still Top Five Gave Up Nearly 300 Yards To Will Levi’s Can Caleb Williams Somehow Get Some of The Same Plays And Actions That Work For Him In This Pass Week Against A Minnesota Defense With the Highest Pressure Rate In Football?

Cowboys Vs Commanders

If Im The Cowboys Maybe Im Happy My Bulked On This Season. As Quarterback Dak Prescott Heads To IR The Defense Gets Healthier But Sombering Note That The Season Ended Back When Dak Mentioned something About A Wagon Feels more In Line Than Some Transurgent Hope That The Cowboys Display  Any Semblance Of Super Bowl Contender. The Cowboys Got Crushed By The Texans But Cooper Rush Threw For A Career Best 354 Yards. With A Roster so top-heavy in Expense, The Cowboys Need Higher Picks In The Upcoming Draft To FLUSH out The Talent Underneath Dak Prescott and Ceedee Lamb And possibly replace Guys Like Micah Parsons. The Team Doesn’t Practice To Lose But Losing Effectively  Extends The Life Of This Roster as Constructed. The Commanders Through The Success of One Draft With Jayden Daniels. The Commanders Come Into Week 12 Off Of A Long Break After A Division Loss to The Eagles And Looking To Recoup Ground In The Division Race With Room Remaining For A Chance To Over Take The Eagles. Daniels Has Hit a Rookie Wall Some In Recent Weeks Since Week 8 Daniels's Success Rate, EPA, and CPOE Have All Dropped.  The Cowboys got a lot of Their Defense Back Which Opened The Door For 15 Total Pressure Attempts One Sack Against The Texans and The Cowboys Have The Second Highest Pressure Rate In Football. The Commanders Have A Top Five Offensive Line Better Than Houstons. Cooper Rush Found success versus A Very Talented Texans Secondary, Can He Manage The Same Against An Average Commanders Pass Defense. The Commanders Rank Sixth In Passer Rating Allowed And Give Up 11.2 Per Completion.  The Commander's Secondary is Still Waiting To See CORNERBACK Marshon Lattimore Make His Debut With The Team, Without Him Benjamin St. JUSTE Will Have To Deal with Cedee Lamb The Cowboys' Number One Threat Lamb Had 8 Catches For 93 Yards Versus The Texans But The Cowboys will Need More From Him To Get This Division Win And End The Losing Streak.

Lions Vs. Colts

The Lions Finally Took Their Rightful Position As The Best Team In Football After Weeks of Completely Clobbering Teams As Demonstrating Historical Offensive Excellence But Sitting In Second Place Based On Technicality Not Of The Chiefs Not Having lost a Game. The Lions just Scored Seven touchdowns lead The League In Points Scored, third In Total Yard per Game, And The Only Reason they do Not Have The Number One In Yardage is Their Special Teams Ranks Second in Football By ESPn FPi Giving The Lions Favorable Field Position On Most Drive With The Fifth Best Starting Field Position In Football.  If You’re The Colts You Want To See This Team Staring You Down On The Schedule With Your Playoff Hopes Dangling. The Colts Picked A Big Clutch Win Versus the Jets and Would Have Something Of A Cake Walk To End The Season If Not For The Lions. Anthony Richardson Demonstrated Some oF That Fourth Overall Talent By Completing Better Than 70% Of His Passes Against The Jets Mediocre Defense Who Had Allowed A Completion Percentage In The Low 60 Previously. Richardson Still Owns the League's Best Big Time Throw Rate. The Lions Have One Of The League's Best Defense But If They're Vulnerable They’ve Given Up 30 Explosive Pass Plays, Not The Worse But   A Vulnerability. Detroit’s Defense Holds Quarterbacks To The Worse Passer Rating In Football(73.6). The Colts Defense While Opportunistic Picking Up 8 Interceptions Give A 69.5% Completion Percentage To Opponents. The Colts Also Don't generate a lot of Pressure Either Just 21.8%. The History On Jared Goff Remains True That He Struggles Under Pressure Can The Colts Get Enough Pressure Consistently  To Slow Goff Down? THE colt's Season Virtually  Ends On Sunday.

Broncos Vs Raiders

Two Of The Best Rookies This Season In Bo Nix Broncos Quarterback And Raider Tight End Brock Bowers B Meet Up As The Broncos Look To Further Lift Their Playoff Odds By Taking Down  The Fledgeling Division Foe. Both Coming In Off Of Impressive Performances These Two Have Made The Offensive Rookie Of The Year Conversation A lot More Tense Than Most Expected After Week 6. Bo Nix Certainly Has More Experience Than Your Typical Rookie But Even If You Watched Him For Ten Years Or Just This Season Defenses Haven’t Been Prepared For The Steady Growth He’s Shown Over The Weeks. Nix Registered Just 4 Yards On Average Depth Of Target, But Put Forth His Best Of The Season Against A Strong Atlanta Defense. I Still Have Questions About Nix’s Long Term Upside As Long Term Starter Since Former Patriot Mac Jones Demonstrated Similar Sparks Of Greatness Veneering Overall General Limitations.

Despite Instability AT The Quarterback Position For The Raiders Brock Bowers Continues To Prove He’s Amongst The Best Receiving Threats In The League. He’s Next Up On The Quarterback Proofed List With His Top Five Rank In Target Share, receptions, and EPA Amongst All Receiving Options. Beyond Nix, Daniels and Some Of The earlier Indicators We Got From Malik Nabers no One Has Lived Up To Hype Like Brock Bowers. Bowers Just Set A Rookie Record With 13 Reception But Raiders Offense ranks At The Bottom In Football According To ESPN FPI And The Broncos Defense Come In Off A Stifling Effort Against The Falcons.

Texans Vs Titans

The Titans Got Crushed By The Vikings In Week 11 As The Projected Outcome Of Their Week 11 Matchup But Will Levis Produced A Good Game, Not A Convincing One But A Good Enough Game To Make The Decision  For Titans In The Draft More Difficult. Levis Started The Season Turnover and The Most Memeable Passers In Football. The Tennessee Passing Attack Ranks 29th In Football But Levis Just Gave The Vikings Top Five Defense and 297 Passing Yards, Always The Successful Deep Passer. He’ll Face The Defense Still One Of The League’s Best Against The Pass Allowing 55.1% Completion and 14 Interceptions On The Season But Just Gave Up 356 To Back Up the Cowboys Quarterback. Levis might Have His Work Cut Out For Him If He Can’t Throw To One Side Of The Field Houstons’ Top Derek Stingley Jr. virtually Wipeout One He covers, allowing Just One Catch On Five Targets, One Pick, and A 0 Passer Rating Dropping His Rating Allowed To 49.7 One Of The Best In The League. The Texans Defense Doesn’t Defend The Run As Effectively One Of The Worst In Fortunately They won't Face A strong Run In the Titans Who Managed Just 33 Yards On The Ground Including 18 Yards From Will Levis. Tony Pollard Averages 4.3 Yards On The Season Maybe He Gets A Break Out Game Against The Titans. Despite Having One Of The Worst Point Differentials IN football The Titans haven’t Giving Up 1700 Passing Yards Total This Season Partially Because They Often Play The Weakest Field Position In Football By Giving The Most Punt and Kick Return Yards In football On Average. Dealing With Injuries To me Texans' Passing Attack Hasn’t Looked Robust and While Stroud Took One Sack Against The Cowboys He Got Pressured a Lot by Guys Like Micah Parsons. The Titans Lack A True Fearsome Pass Rusher But If Houston’s Offensive Line Continues To Play Poorly The Door Could Open Up For the Titans To Put Some More Sacks.

New York Giants Vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Giants' Daniel Jones Era Officially Came To An End This Week The G Men Brass Bench Then Cut the former Number One Pick and $40 Million Per Year Guy On Friday Ahead Of The Bucs Game. Enter Tommy Devito The Home Town Folk Hero Who Throw Nine Touchdowns And Completed 64% Of His Passes Last Season In a Lengthy Spell For Jones Now He Has Seven Weeks To Go To Add To his Legacy. Not A Bad Way To Start Another Ledger In Legacy Than Against Than One Of The Worse Defenses In Football. The Bucs Passing Defense Gives Up The Fourth Highest Rating(102.9), the Eight Highest Completion Percentage(68.66%), and Third Most Passing Yards A Game(264.1) If Head Coach Brian Daboll Puts Together A Solid Game Plan For Devito The Giants Can Work This Buccaneers Defense For Good Performance. The Bucs Also Struggle To Defend Running backs In The Passing Game The G Men may get Tyrone Tracy Involved In The Passing Game.

Thanks To The Falcons Dropping Two Gane The Bucs Still Have An Opening To The Division but They Have A Hole To Climb Out Of With The first Wrung Being The Giants. The Giants Also Don’t Have A Strong Defense  Against The Pass Allowing the Highest Completion Percentage In Football But Also Coming In Second in Sacks. The Bucs O-Line Has Kept Mayfield Clean But They’ll Play Without All-Pro Left Tackle Tristan Wirfs For A Couple Games Dealing With a Knee Injury. Wide Receiver Mike Evans Returns From Injury And Maybe the Added Firepower Helps Spark A Bucs Run To The Playoffs.
