NFL Week 14 takeaway.

The NFL should return to a two-by-week system for the playoffs, meaning the two top seeds in the conference get a bye instead of one—Not This Year Of Course But Perhaps Going Forward. Once upon a time, the two highest seeds in each conference were used to get a bye before 2019. When the NFL introduced a seventh seed, they added the wild card team. As the season steers towards the end, Rest and Health tend To determine the winners of playoff games as much as any other factor. Two Byes For The Top Seed Should Increase The Chance We Get The Two Best Team In The Conference Championship And Possibly The Super Bowl. Who Can Say If The Niners Win THe NFC Crown Last If Brock Purdy Doesn't Get Injured Rather Than What Happened? Of Course, The League Would Have To Add Another Leg To The Race, But With How Competitive These Teams Have Played This year, A Good Team Will Miss Out Of The Playoffs regardless. This Year’s Bills Team Who Entered The Year As A Super Bowl Contender may finish the year-ranked top ten and miss the postseason. The Browns' top-five defense could also go to waste, and the team continues to trend backward. Also, The League Should Eradicate Division. The Cowboys Will Most likely Finish Third In NFC Standings But won't Have A Shot At The Bye Unless They Beat Out The Eagles(addendum), Who Also Will Lose A Shot at The Bye and won't Host A Playoff, While The "Wretched" NFC South Will Host A Game Despite Any Of The Four Teams Holding A .500 Or Better Record.

Bucs Vs. Falcons

The Buccaneers Come Out of The NFC South Grave And Take Over The Division After Snatching An Unexpected Win From The Falcons. PFF Project The Bucs Would Own A 52% Chance To Make The Playoffs If Tampa Bay Beat The Falcons And An 8% Chance Otherwise Because A Wildcard Spot Looks Impossible For Anyone In The South. With The Season On The Line, Baker Mayfield Steps Up, Taking Down Th The Falcons 29-25, Pushing Their Win Streak To Two In A row. The Bucs Had Lost Six Of Their Last Seven After Starting The Season 3-1. Baker Mayfield Completed Less Than 50% Of His Passes, But All 14 Of His Completions Counted on The Final, The Most Prominent, 32 Yard Completion To Chris Godwin To Set The Bucs Down in Atlanta Territory. For All His Limitations, Mayfield Showed An Ability To Put His Struggles Aside And Move On To The Next Down. Speaking Of The Next Down, Baker Hits Tight End Cade Otten To Put The Bucs Over 29-25 To Close Out The Game. The Loss For The Finals Hurts. For One, Desmond Ridder Played Some Of His Best Ball Of The Season. Ridder threw an Intercept, though admittedly, Carlton Davis made an excellent play on the ball. Ridder threw For 347, one Touchdown On 26/40, Passing One Touchdown, and A Well-Timed Touchdown Pass To Kyle Pitts For 36 Yards. RPitts Finished With 3 Catches For 57 Yards. Ridder also Had One Fumble.

Ridder Makes One Last Attempt To Win The Game. With 8 Secs, Ridder Connects With Drake London For 45 Yards, but London Gets Tackle Short Of The Goal Line. London Finished With A Monster Game, 10 Catches For 172. The Falcons Trouble, They Might Have Too Many Weapons and Too Many Mouths To Feed. Like This Year's Version Of The Los Angeles Clippers, The Team Doesn't Have Enough Ball To Go Around. The Bucs Get Another Big Game From Rachaad White. The Former 3rd Round Pick Showed Bijan How To Pick Up 100 Yards. White, Who Only Recah 100 Yards Once In His Rookie Year, Has Two 100 two-yard games This Season. The Win Helps Tampa Take Over The NFC South With Atlanta Waiting in the winds Because The Two teams have Identical Records, But The Bucs have The Superior Division/Conference Record. However, The Falcons Can Still Take The Bucs. Both teams Have 'Easy' Schedules Remaining, But Strangely, Atlanta Looks Like The More Trustworthy. The Bucs Won This Game Almost Despite Baker Mayfield's Play.

In week 14, We Get Our Final Rendition Of The Double Monday Night Football Game In Week 14 As The Packers Face The Giants Alongside Tennessee Miami. Can The Packers, Winners Of Three Straight, Three In The Last Four To Climb Back Into The NFC Playoff Picture, Can Matt Lafleur Keep Them Hot? Can The Giants, A Respectable 4-8–I Honestly Thought They'd Have A Worse Record At This Point—Hit Enough Deep Passes To Jaylin Hyatt To Keep Fans Entertained?

"Every Game Is Like A Playoff Game For Us," Jordan Love Said Of His Mentality Entering Week 14. Against The Giants, I Don't Think Anyone Outside Of The Packers Organization Looks At This Game With The Same Value as a Playoff Game, But Don't Tell Jordan Loves the Giants Ranked 30th In PFF's Latest Power Ranking And Last In DVOA: Nothing To Over Look Here.

"We Give Everyone Their Respect. We Don't Doubt Anybody." Love Added. His All Business Approach Has Justification Because When You Think You Stand, That's When You Fall. The Real Extrapolation Coming Out Of This Game: Where Do The Packers Fit Internally into the Big Scheme Of The NFL Picture? Are They a Good Team? It is so Hard To Tell At Times—the Giants Upset The Packers 24-22 On A Minute Field Goal.

Giants Vs. Packers

Tommy Devito Didn't Get A Lot Of Work; 17 Completions Counted Immensely The Scoreboard As Heights Completes A 22-yard Pass To Wan'Dale Robinson, Who Sets The Giants Up In Field Goal Territory. The Giants Nearly Gave This Game Away Late. Nursing A Running The Clock And Perhaps Worried That Rookie Tommy Devito Would Turn The Ball Over The Giants Put The Ball In Running Back Saquon Barkley's Hands. The Gaines are Leading 21-13. The Giants Rushed The Ball 34 Times This Game, But This One was A Big 34 Yard Run For Saquon, Who Coughs The Ball Up Internal Green Bay Territory. Saquon Finished The Game with 20 Carries For 86 Rushing Yards. Saquon Said This Week That The Giants Still Have A Play In The Race For The Wild, And Heights Almost Sealed The Win And, Unfortunately, Almost Gave The Ball Away On One Play. Saquon stumbles and The Ball Comes Loose.

Carrington Valentine Picks Up The Ball And Returns The Fumble 50 Yards Into Giants Territory. The Pack And Jordan Love Need Nine Six Drop Backs, But They finally eat up The 36 On a Passing Touchdown From Love Malik Heath For His Catch Of The Game And His First Touchdown Of The Season. The Packers failed a two-point conversion attempt that left the 22-21, but who's expecting the Giants to complete a game-winning drive? Bad Teams With Back Ups Have One Thing Going For Them, "Nothing To Lose." Wan'Dale Robinson, Who Had The Big Catch, Finished The Game With 115 Yards Total On Eight Touches, Two On The Ground For 36 Yards, and Six Through The Air For 79 Yards. The Packers had a sloppy game, and Jordan Love came down to earth after a hot run on Green Bay's three-game win streak. The Packers turned the ball over three, starting with an intercept in the first half. Jordan Love Threw A second-quarter interception. Internally, the Third Kisean Nixon fumbles the ball on a punt in the third quarter. Jordan Love finished the game 25/39 for 218, one touchdown, and one pick. The Packers' Pass Rush Didn't Sack Tommy Devito Once. On A Night After Devito's Agent Went Viral For A Pregame Suite, Devito Made The Moments Finishing 17/21 For 158 Yards 113.9 Passer Rating. He Rushed For 71 Yards On ten totes.

Devito Has Reason To Win For The Giants; Every Dub Pushes The Giants Out Of Top Quarterback Range.

The Giants' comeback didn't end the night.

Titans Vs. Dolphins

The Titans Pull Off A Miracle Comeback With Less Than Three Minutes Left Down Two 27-13 Will Levi's Leads The Titans To Three Scores And Glory OVer The Dolphins. Deandre Hopkins continues To Stretch Out The days Of His "Withering" Prime, So His Skill Set Serves A Contending Team Better, And The Titans Still Have A Decision To Make On Levi. Their Connection This Year Has Made Tennessee An Interesting Watch. Hopkins Pulls Down Seven Catches For 124 Receiving Yards On 12 And One Touchdown. Levis shamelessly flexed his Canon Arm, throwing for 327 and 23/38, passing 9.1 intended air yards. Levis's Late to Hopkins And Two Point Conversion To Nick Westbrook-Ikhine Put The Titans Within One Score Of The 27-21. The Titan's Defense That Gave The Dolphins Problems All Game Force A Quick Three And Out, Allowing The Dolphins To Only Kill 0:38 Seconds. The Titans nearly Lose The Ball On A Muffed Punt Return, But They Recover And Spear Us Losing An Opportunity To Possibly Witness The Rise Of A Budding Star In Levi's. The Titan Return Man Muffed A Punt Earlier In The Half That Resulted In A Dolphins Touchdown.

The Titan's Offense Needed Just Four Plays to Eat Up 68, starting With A Big 36 Yards Completion To Deandre Hopkins. Three Offensive Plays Later, Derrick Henry Burst Through The End Zone. Henry finished with just 34, but none was more important than those final three yards of the game. Levis Didn't Have A Perfect Game. Levis Threw An Interception From His Own Red Zone, Which Resulted In A Score The Dolphins By Defensive Lineman Zach Seiler. Levis Later fumbles In The Fourth, Which The Dolphins Immediately Turn Into Points.

The Titan Defense Held The All Might Dolphins Passing Attack To 5.5 Yards Per Attempt. The pass rush sacked Tua five times and forced multiple penalties on the Dolphins' offensive line.

The Dolphins Had One Last Drive To Retake The Lead, But The Titan's Defense held ground As The Dolphins tried to Convert A Short 3rd Down And Tua On Fourth Down To End The Game. The Dolphins' Offense Failed To Score In The First Half And took advantage Of Two Field Possessions To Put Points On The Boards. The Dolphins Had A Field Goal Blocked In the First Half, Which Negated Points For The Dolphins. The Dolphins lost their first home game of the year, and the Titans won their first road game.

The Loss Leaves Baltimore Alone Atop The AFC Standings And The Miami Offense Exposed—Tennessee's Ability To Rush The Passer Without Surrendering Bodies In Coverage Limited Miami's Passing. Dolphins Wide Receiver Tyreek Hill Suffered A Leg Injury On Tackle Out Of Bounds. Hill Missed Most Of The Second And The Entire Third Before Returning to the Fourth And Finishing The Game, Snagging 4 Catches For 61 Yards Into two 20-plus yard Plays That set Up A Dolphins fourth quarter Field Goal.

Bengals Vs Colts

The Bengals Get Another Chance To Reclaim Some Semblance Of Their Playoff Hopes Against Another AFC South Playoff Hopeful, The Colts. The Colts Enter Week 14 At 7-5, coming Off A FOUR-game Win Streak. The Bengals, However, Have The latest installment Of A Darling Backup In Jake Browning. Every Year Or Two, A Backup Quarterback Takes Over A Team, Strings Together A Coule Big Performances, And The. the Glut Of Quarterback Thirsty Team Think They've Found Their Diamond In The rough. Nick Foles, Matt FlynnWho Doesn't Love A Diamond In The Rough Story? Browning Earned AFC Player Of The Week Honors Last Week For Leading The Bengals To A Defeat Of The Jaguars In Week 13. Browning Showed That Maybe All Quarterbacks Whose Initials go JB Can Lead The Bengals forward. Zach Taylor's Offense Passes The Ball More than Any Team In Football (Tied With The Washington Commanders) At 69%, So Browning Will Have Another Four Games In Which He Puts The Full Gambit Of His Skills On Display. His Award-winning Skills Have Limitations. According To PFF, 64.7% of Browning's passing yards came after the catch, Most Of Which Came as A Result Of Jamar Chase's Ability To Churn Out YAC Like Drake(The RApper) Churns Out Number One Albums. Browning Completed 75.6% of his passes for his sake and generated a lot of conversation for his effort. "It was one good game." Browning acknowledged to the media Thursday. Some Backups Don't Have One Good Game To Their Record Other Get One And, As Browning Worded, "…just kind of fell off."

The Short Passes Continue For Browning, Who Started The Game 6/6 For 138 Yards, Two Big Splash Plays To His Running Backs, Including A 54 Yard Catch And Run To Chase Brown And Another 45 Yard Short Catch And Run By Joe Mixon—the Running Backs in The Passing And Run Game Account For Both Of The Bengals's Early Scores. Brown Puts The Bengals In The Red Zone On The catch and Run To Put The Bengals Up 7-0. Mixon caps Off A Long Bengals Drive With A Yard Rush. The 45-Yard Catch And Put The Bengals Deep Indy Territory. The Colts' Defense Holds Up, Two InCompletions Of Browning and Forcing The Bengals To Settle For A field Goal—however, A Colts Special Teams Penalty Gifts The Bengals a New Set Of Downs And A Touchdown. Mixon accounted for 53 of the Bengals' 72 yards on the drive. Brownings's Limitations at The Quarterback Position Flared Up. He's Not An Athlete. Browning Picked Up A Sack On A Scramble In The Red Zone. Watching Browning Run, I Got The Sense Burrow Would Have Made At Least One Guy Miss and Pick Up A couple of Yards Instead of Browning With The Shiftiness Of A Tank Gets Sack. Browning Also Lacks Next Level Arm Strength To Fit The Ball In The Those Tighter Red Zone Windows. However, the Bengals take a two-score lead. An Errant Short Pass By Browning Cost The Bengals A Possession, But In The End, Cincy's Skill Players Prove Too Much. The Colts offense looked highly powered over their four-game win streak, and they could hardly keep foot with the Bengals.

The Colts Had A Rough Game On Special Teams: A Defensive Penalty That Resulted In Extra Downs And The Score On The Other End For The Bengals. Kicker Matt Gay Misses A Field Goal And an Extra Point In The First Half: Gardner Minchew And The Colts Score. Heights Hook Up With Big Tight End Mo Allow-Cox Over The Bengals In The Backup The End Zone. The Colts' offense scored only eight points, adding a two-on-the-end-of-a-defensive touchdown. A short From Browning Skips Off Of The Hands Of Drew Sample and Into The Hands Of Ronnie Harrison For a 36 Snatch And Score. Minchews's yard Strike To Wide Receiver Micheal Pittman Served As The team's Final Score. Jake Browning Keeps coming out of the half. He hits Tee Higgins over the middle for 26 yards as the Bengals work six plays and 75 yards, and Tyler Hudson captures the score. With The Colts Struggling To Earn A Completion, Much Less A 1st Down, The Bengals Start To Show Out Browings Arm. On the Next Drive, Browning Sails One To TEe Higgins Once More For 24 Yards Down The Sideline. Higgins beats the coverage but has to adjust the poorly thrown ball and comes down with the catch. Browning Leaves The Game Briefly With What Look Like A Hand Injury, But The Bengals Put This Game Away Early In The Fourth Quarter.

Minchew drove the Colts down to the Bengals' red zone with 10:00 left in the game. He completed a big 31-yard pass to Micheal Pittman to put the Bengals in Cincy territory. Another 14-yard connection puts The Colts Offense In Work At The 10-yard line, But A Zach Moss Touchdown Gets Called Back On A Holding Call. Two Plays Later, Minchew Throws An Interception On A Tip Ball And An Athletic Play By Interior Defensive Lineman BJ Hill.

When The Bengals Took Away Micheal Pittman Minchew Couldn't Look Elsewhere.

Minchew Finished 26/39 For 240. The Colts Got Nothing From the Running Game, Just 48 Yards Total, And Shane Steichen Abandon The Run Aspect Of The Offense Basically After Half. Jonathan Taylor Missed His Second Straight Game with A hand Injury. Micheal Pittman Caught 8 passes For 95 Yards And Earned The Bulk Of The Attention From The Bengals' Secondary Late. The Win Still Leaves The Bengals In The Back of the Wild Card Race With the Colts Over them Because The Colts Have A Better Conference Record. However, The Bengals Looked Completely Out Of The Picture When Joe Burrow Went Down, And The Team Lost To Baltimore. Now They've Won Two Straight Under The Guidance Of Jake Browning's Arm Talent. The Bengals Presence, However, Increases The Chances We Get Some "Crazy" Multivariable Scenario Where They Can Win Out And Make The Playoffs.

Jets Vs. Texans

In typical Jets, Lore Zach Wilson retakes his now-rightful position as starting quarterback for the Jets, hopefully for the rest of the year. Wilson Will Most Likely Not Break Away From His Place As The Most Criticized Quarterback Now Question Beckons How Much Blame Belongs To Jets's Head Coach Robert Saleh. Saleh Deserves Censure Or Criticism. Wilson Hasn't Played Well, But No One Needed To See Two Weeks Of Tim Boyle. Boyle Had Thrown 8 Interceptions And 3 Touchdowns Before adding four More Interceptions and One Touchdown In Two Starts For The Jets. Internal College Boyle Posted Even Worse Stats.

The Media, Specifically "Jets Medial Page On YouTube Praise Boyle For An Ability To Read Coverage But Read Coverage In Favor Of Whom, The Opposition. Boyle Came To New York Because He's "Close" With Aaron Rodgers. "The Boyle era" Ends With Two Games As The Team Cut Him.

Boyle Should Have Never Seen The Field, And Maybe External Influences Affected The Decision, But Saleh Has To Stand Firm With His Choice. These classes are half full. Let's try this guy's decision to serve as evidence for the divide, whether Zach's failure rests with him or the organization. As A Wilson Apologist, I Think The Organization Takes The Blame. Even Aaron Rodger, The Man The Jets Desired To Replace Wilson, Exclaimed How The Organization Needs To "improve its culture."

The Jets Banished Wilson To The Shadow realm as the Third String Emergency Quarterback, and Now He's Back As The Starter. According to Saleh, Wilson Gives The Jets The Best Chance To Win again. What Did Heights Give You Two Weeks Ago?

Wilson Responded Despondently, No Longer Interested In Enter The Fiery Hail Storm. But Saleh Insists His Quarterback Enters This Game Against The Texans "Fired up." The Jets Want A Spark From Zach Wilson but Sparks Sometimes Burn Down The House.

"He Was Aggressive, But He Was Smart," Coach Robert Salah Said. "He Was Outstanding." The Jets Put Down The Texans. The two defenses almost made this game Unsuccessful if you like Defensive Orientated Games, of course. Neither Team Scored In The First Half, The Two Teams Just Gorge On Punts. Zach Wilson is Back Behind The Wheel, and The Team Stomps The Texans. Zach Wilson Did Manage Some Success Early. Heights Completed a Big Third Down To Tight End Tyler Conklin For 20 Yards To Flip Field Position, But A sack cut the Drive Short And pushed the Jets Out Of the Field Goal Range. Strangely, Amid A Muddied Offensive Mess, The Jets Found More Offensive success than The Texans, after The Opening Drive Where Stroud And The Offense Picked Up 21 Yards Their Next Four Drives The Offense Amass Just Two Yards Cumulatively, Before A Gain Of 26 Yards. Stroud left the game with what turned out to be a concussion. Heights took four sacks and finished 10/23 91 yards, his worst performance Of The Year. Stroud's Health Demands The More Pressing Interest Right Now. Stroud Did Set up A Texans Touchdown In The 3rd Quarter.

Something Flip In The Second Half Wilson Began To Connect The Dots. The Wilson To Wilson Connection Gets The Jets Moving Early. Zach Wilson Hits Garrett Wilson For Completions Of 14, 16, And 30 Yards. Wilson Throws The Ball Back Across His Body with Ease, And When His Talent Meets The Moment, You Get Small Slivers Of Why The Jets Selected Him as number two. Zach Wilson Connects With Randall Cobb For The Game's first touchdown. Cobb Came Over With Aaron Rodgers And Caught Only His Fourth Pass Of The Year On That Touchdown. The Jets Get The Second Touchdown Of The Next After A Texans Punt. The Second Scoring Drive 8 Plays 69 Yards. That Drive Included Another Big Catch From Tyler Conklin For 24 Yards and Another Big Catch From Garrett Wilson For 11 Yards That Set The Jets Up The Houston Red Zone. An End Around By Xavier Gibson Puts The Jets Second Score On The Board. For the first time all season, the Jets scored on back-to-back drives. The Jets Couldn't Make The Scoring Drives A Trifecta.

On The Third Drive, Zach Wilson, Looking To Escape From Pressure, Gets Tackled and fumbles. The Fumble Hurts. Wilson Played An otherwise elevated game, finishing 27/36 301, 8.4 per attempt, and two touchdowns. Houston Ultimately Scores Off Of The Turnover, But The Jets Pull Away 30-6. Garrett Wilson Finishes With 9 Catches For 108. Breece Hall, Who Caps Off The Jet's Third Touchdown Drive, Walking Into The End zone. This victory and these touchdowns must have felt good for a Jets team, who Have struggled to find offense to complement their quarterback-crushing defense. The Texans Averaged 1.6 Yards Per Pass and 2.6 Yards Per Play. Davis Mills Stepped In For Stroud; the Former Texans Starter Finished 1/5 For 4 Yards. The Loss Holds The Texans Behind The Browns, Steelers, and Colts In The Wild Card Race, and Stroud's Health Will Determine The Home Stretch For Texans. Receiver Nico Collins Also Left The Game Against Te Jets With A Calf Injury. The Win For Jet Boosts Their Morale At Least For A Week. At 5-7, The Jets Still Have Life, But They'll Need To Run The Table And Hope For Some "Outside Interference."

Cowboys Vs. Eagles

Dallas Cowboys Coach Mike McCarthy Has Answered The Bell regarding taking over The Play Calling Responsibilities For his team's Offense. A 30-year-old Dak has hit A New Level.

Prescott Has Landed Amid 3 Pieces, with Straight Games Of 300 passing yards Or Better and three touchdown passes Over The Cowboy's last three Contests. You can't ask more for Dak, who is completing 70% of passes and averages 2.2 touchdowns per game and 0.8 interceptions. He's Leading The League In EPA Over That Stretch.

Human Nature Demands We Find Some Fault Somewhere. If Dak's game exhibits criticisms or flaws, he needs help to deliver or pass over the middle. If the Cowboys' run had any marks, the records of the teams they've Beat, only one team over .500, where's the signature win? The Cowboys are facing the Eagles with the fate of the NFC East hanging on this game. The Cowboys Put On A Complete Performance. The Cowboys Handle The Eagles Handedly.

The offense For The Cowboys Set The Tone Early, with A Master Work Script Of Pass Plays And Run Plays. The Cowboys Had No Trouble Running Against The Eagles Front Line. Tony Pollard Exploded For An Early 11 Yard Run. Kevonte Turpin Tool And End Around And Exploded For 22 Yards Down The Sideline. The 10 Play Drive Accumulated 75 Yards And Ended With A 13 Yard Touchdown Catch By Ceedee Lamb. The Touchdown Call Almost Got Call Back Due To Penalty, But The Refs Picked Up The Flag. The Cowboys' second drive would get marked by several holding penalties that negated two explosive runs and eventually culminated with the Cowboys Setting up for a field goal off of an Eagles' turnover. The Eagles Not Only Struggled With Turnovers, Three Fumbles By The Three Eagles Star Offensive Player. Elsewhere, The Eagles Offense Still Look Stuck In Pre History. Slant And Out Routes To AJ Brown And Go Routes To Devonta Smith Can Only Achieve So Much. The Eagles started the game using Jalen Hurts. I. the run game that backfired with an early fumble. After The Cowboys Took 17-3 In The Second, The Pass Rush For The Cowboys Just Let Loose And The Cowboys Coverage Just Played Underneath. Jalen Hurts Finished 18/27 For 197, with No Touchdown, No Picks, and One Sack From Micah Parson. The Eagles Offense Didn't Have The Answers For What The Cowboys Deployed. Hurts Added 30 Yards On The Ground.

The Eagles One Two Punch Of Devonta Smith and AJ Brown Put Forth Respectable Efforts This Games; Brown Pulled 9 Catches For 94 Yards. Smith 5 Catches For 73 Yards. The Eagles Got Dallas Goedert Back from Injury. He Caught Four Passes For 30 Yards.

The Eagles' Defense Managed To Break Prescott's Streak Of 300 Yard Games.

Dak Prescott Finished 24/37, 271 Passing Yards, And Two Touchdowns—Ceedee Lamb Caught 6 Passes For 71 Yards And A Touchdown. Tight End Jake Ferguson Caught 5 Passes For 72 Yards. Micheal Gallop Caught A Touchdown and Three Passes For 36 Yards To Complement Ceedee Lamb. The Cowboys now sit atop the NFC Lock in a three-way tie with the Niners and Eagles, but Dallas owns a better conference record.

The Cowboys Look Like The Best Team In Football, Not Just The NFC. Everyone Wanted To See Them Play Against A More Competitive Team, And No Team Serves As A Better LitmUs To The Cowboys Than The Eagles. The Eagles have lost two straight games for the first time since last season, ending the run with Gardner Minchew and starting without Jalen Hurts on board. The Offense Continues To Struggle Without A Clear Identity. Previous Season's Eagles Featured a Much More Robust Run Game Against The Cowboys. The Eagles Generated Just 106 Yards On The Ground.

Steelers Vs. Patriots

Somehow, the Steelers playing Without Kenny Pickett Made This Thursday Night Football. The Patriot's Defense Held The Chargers' Offense To Just Six(6) Points. Unfortunately, the offense scored 0, and with the Giants off from football last week, the Patriots took their rightful place as the worst-scoring team in football. Mitchell Trubisky, Who Has Never Proven He's A Starter Level Quarterback, With a Career Passer Rating Of 86 And Bailey Zappe, A Patriot's Backup, With A Career Passer Rating Of 80.0. Trubisky Threw 117 Passing Yards In Relief Of Bailey Zappe.

Bailey Zappe Plays Quarterback With An Interesting Form. Heights Goes Through His Progressions Like Any Other Quarterback, Then Shift To His Check After Scanning, Rendering All The Processing Moot. Zappe Hit Running Back Ezekiel Elliott, Who, Elliott, Got Trusted With More Snaps To The Injury To Rhamondre Stevenson, Twoce. Zeke Converts The First First Down of The Game For The Pats— A Big Step Forward From Last Week—, Making A Group Of Defender Miss Before Diving Forward And Zeke Punching Internal The Teams First Touchdown On Another Check Down Pass. Zappe Showed More Than His Flare For The Check. His 37 Yard Passing Connection With Juju Smith-Schuster Flipped The Field Position. Smith-Schuter Hauls is in a big catch over two defenders, including Minkah Fitzpatrick. Zappe Also Scrambles For 11 Yards To Pick Up a First Down. In Eight Plays And Four Minutes, The Patriots Put Up A Touchdown, something They Couldn't Archive The Entire 60 Minutes Of Their Last Game. The Steelers' first drive features a lot of Mitchell Trubisky: He's not processing too much. Trubisky Took A Sack, Heights Scrambled, And The Steelers Ultimately Settled For A Field Goal. The Steelers picked up a big pass interference call on JC Jackson, who nearly picked off a Trubisky pass, but the forlorn Patriots got hit for holding George Pickens on the route.

The Scoring And The Ball Movement, In a Nutshell, Felt Relieving Like The Silent Pinch Or Prick Of A Needle Breaking The Skin On An Injection: Mentally Bracing For Something Less Painful Than Expected.

Eventually, The Punts Rain Down, And Trubisky Throw That Interception On His First Pass Of The Second Quarter. Patriots Safety Jabril Peppers Takes The Possession Away For Sure This Time.

Peppers Recently Had To Apologize To The Team After A Video Leaked Of Him Calling The Team "Bad" (In Less Flattering Language) After Losing To the Giants. The Best Apology, Changed Behavior, Or Serious Productivity. Peppers Secures The Pick and sets The Patriots Up In The Steelers' Red Zone. Two Plays and 46 Seconds Into The Second, Zappe Tosses His Second Touchdown Pass Of The Night, This Time To Hunter Henry, And The Patriots Take A 14-3 Lead. The 14 Points are more Than The Pats Have Scored In The past two games. Usually, The Steelers' Defense Steps Up To Make A Play and Score For The Steelers' City, Bailey Zappe Continues To Turn The Steelers' Secondary Into Swiss Cheese. He Hit Juju Smith-Schuster For 28 Yards, Then Hunter Henry For an Aggressive 24 Yard Passing Touchdown. The Patriots Reach 20 In A Game For Only The Third Time This Season, Internal The First Half No Less, With Bailey Zappe.

Zappe's Aggressive Play Started Paying Off. Last Week Against The Chargers, Zappe Finished With An IAY(Intended Air Yards) Of 11 Yards( Aggressive). Zappe Hit On Those Strike. Zappe Put Up A 14/21 Attempt with 14 14-yard average and three Touchdowns, With Former Steeler Juju Schuster Accounting For Three Catches For 82 Yards In The First Half. Thankfully, The Patriots Hit 21 In The First Half Because they Wouldn't Score again On Their Way To Holding Off The Steelers And Taking Home The Win And A Patriot Five Losing Streak, 21-18. Patriots Running Back Ezekiel Elliott Still Has "It". The Cowboys Wrote Off The 28-Year-Old Back Due To His High Cost And Relatively Declining "Production." Not only has the Cowboys' run game struggled, but Zeke proved that He can still produce with opportunity. Taking The Starting Role For The Patriots On Thursday, Zeke Didn't Produce A Vintage Game On The Ground with 22 carries, 68 Yards, and 3.1 carry, But Mostly Because The Patriots, O-Line Who Ranks Top Cive In Run Block win rate, Had Trouble Keeping Steelers's Hands Off Of Zeke. Zelenograd Gained +24 Yards Over Expected And Played Over 90% Of The Patriot's 55 Offensive Plays(snaps). Too Many Of His Run Got Stuffed in The back Field, Or else Zeke looked Poised For A Big Game.

Elliott also Added seven Catches for 72 yards. The Patriots' Offense Needed Zeke To Grind Out Possessions Because A Hot Bailey Zappe Can STill Backfire. Not only does Zappe Not Lead The Patriots To More Points, But He Throws Late In The Third With the Pats Still Up 21-10. Zeke Ran The Ball Three Times On The Drive And Picked A First Down Before Zappe Threw The Pick. An Over Agressive Zappe Targeting Juju Smith Schuster has The Ball Tipped And Taken Away By Minkah Fitzpatrick in Patriot Territory. A wide-open Elliott Sat Right In Front Of The Spot Where Zappe, Targeted By Bailey, Simply Over Looked Him. Zappe finished 19/28 for 240 passing yards, three touchdowns and one Intercept, and a passer rating of 115. The Pats Offense Played Just Good To Overcome 3/14 On Third Down.

The Patriots Needed all Ezekiel Had To Offer To Alleviate All The Tension Placed On Zappe As The Quarterback Came Down From His Height In The Second. Juju Smith-Schuster Came Down To Earth Some, He Finished With Four Catches For 90 Catches, Just One Catch For 8 Yards In The Second.

Through a Hail Of Boos, Mitchell Trubisky leads The Steelers on A 8 Play 75 Yard Drive, And He Hits Diontae Johnson On A Fade Route That Looks Like Post Route Before Johnson Adjust To The Throw To Put The Steelers On The Board. Johnson Remains an under-focused part of the Steelers' offense no matter who calls the plays. In The Second Half, The Steelers Get Some Offense Going But Stall Out On Many Opportunities. The Opening looks promising, Even Though A Lot Of The Ills That Plague This Offense Began To Show "Sores." The Steelers Faced Three Straight Third situations, Two 3rd, and Longs A System Of Failing Offense. Trubisky Converts Two Through The Air, One ( the Second One, 11:23 In The Third Quarter) 3rd and 10, Trubisky Hits Connor Heyward, Who Makes A Defender Miss Then Leaps Over Another To Convert The Down. The Steelers Ultimately Punt When They Fail To Convert Their Third In a Series of Thirds.

Trubisky Walk Away From His First Start Of The Season 22/35 190 A Touchdown And A Pick. Trubisky Also led the Steelers In Rushing With 8 Carries For 32 Yards(Honestly, Another Surprising But Also Not Completely Unexpected Aspect of This Game. The Steelers Running Backs Jaylen Warren And Najee Harris, Though Skilled, Struggle With Consistency. Trubisky puts the Steelers on the board with a one-yard run from the one-yard line on a QB sneak and the two-point conversion. Trubisky, However, Forfeited An Opportunity On 4th Down; instead Of Forcing The Action With A Run Trubisky Tries To Pass Deep. Trubisky missed an opportunity in The Drive, 2:39, when he attempted a long pass over the arms of tight end Pat Freiermuth. The Offensive Line Opens The Red Sea Up The Middle Instead, Trubisky Moves Up Two Steps And Fires A Ball Down Field.

The Pocket Did Hold, But Trubisky Pulls The Trigger Too Soon.

The Steelers had The New Downs, but The Patriots' Defense won. The Patriots Put The Clamps On Steelers Wide Receiver George Pickens. Pickens Has Suffered Through a few Bad Games, Just Five Catches For 19 Yards. Diontae Johnson led The Team In Receiving Yards And Receptions. However, Johnson couldn't Separate From Cornerback Jack Jones On A Crucial basis. Maybe The Steelers Don't Call A Deep Route In That Situation, But Johnson Had A one-on-one matchup Like The One He Beat Earlier. The Steelers have lost two in a row against the team. They are more concerned with college prospects than playoffs or wins in the Patriots and the Cardinals. Unfortunately For The Steelers, The Rest Of Their Schedule Has No "Cupcakes" In The Oven, And A week 15 Matchup Against The Colts Could Put The Wildcard Spot Out Of Reach. The Colts Own The Hottest Streak In the NFL Right Now.

The Win Helps The Patriots Maybe Appease Season ticket Holders Who Pay To Watch Points Scored.

Lions Vs Bears

The Lions Entered Week 14 With A Chance To Supplant Or Merge With The Eagles At The Top Of The NFC, Somehow Winning The NFC North For The First Time Ever Feels Small Compared To Taking The NFC. First, The Lions' Defense Had To Tackle Justin Fields; Tougher Than Just Words, Fields Proved difficult To Bring Down Early. Field Whi Continues To Look Skittish In The Pocket; his feet Can Never Settle Even When The Pocket Holds Up. Somehow, Field Always Finds A Void Somewhere, Like He's Holding A Wormholes Generator Somewhere. Fields Rushed for 28 On 4 Scrambles And A One Yard Touchdown. The Bear Offense Kept Rolling On The 2nd Drive After A catch And run By Darnell Mooney For 28 Yards And A 15 15-yard penalty. Fields Adds A big 19-yard Scramble that Puts The Bears Back In The Lions' Red Zone. This Time Around, Malign Lions's Defense Brings The Pressure, Sacks, and Forces A Field Goal; To that Point, The Bears Looked Like The Faster Team, But the Field Couldn't Escape The WRAP Tackle.

The Lions sense the pressure and turn the aggression on. Down 10 Points, Facing A 4th And 10, The Lions Decide To Go for The Conversion. I love the attack; I endorse going for the win, especially with a Moderate defense. Why Look Deep Jared Goff? The Bears' Corner, Jaylen Johnson, is continuing his hot streak. Pick Off The Pass And Fumbles, But The Ball Bounces Out Of Bounds And Keeps The Lions Scoreless. The Turnover Doesn't Taint The Lions Aggressiveness The Next Fourth Opportunity On The Very Next Drive, This Time a 4th And 3, Goff Drop dropbacks and Hits Donovan People Jones For 17 Yards. The Conversion Sets The Lions Up At The Bears' 21 and Results In The Lions' First Score As Jahmyr Gibbs rumbles Into The Endzone Three Plays After The Conversion.

The Lions Defenses Forces The Bears To Turnover On Down On A Fourth And One, But Not Before Justin Fields Gashes The Secondary For 41 Yards To Cole Kmet. The Fields Offense Runs Thin When the Field Can't Run Free. Fields Do Exhibit That Speed, Those Legs In The Second Half, But Not Before The Lions Take A 13-10 Into The Half.

Jared Goff Hits Josh Reynolds in The End Zone For An Eight(8) eight-yard touchdown. The Lions Punch In Another Touchdown On The Next Drive When

The Lions Defense And Forth Down Call Betrays Them In The Second Half. The Bears load up to take on The Fourth Down again this time. They are looking to play The Lions, 4th and 13th. I Don't Think Anyone Watching Expected The Bears To Attempt The Conversion, But Fields Attempts A Hard Count, A Lions Defensive End, Aidan Hutchinson, Jumps Offside. Wrong Move And Fields Gets The Free Play, And DJ Moore Goes Streaking Downfield for 38-Yard Touchdown. The lion's Defense Not Only Blows The Coverage, But Their Lack Of Disciple Opened The Door For The Bears To Move Ahead. I Couldn't Tell If the Bears Intended To Go For The Down, But the Result pays Off No Less. For most of the season, in These cases, the Lions' Offense can make up for the defenses' lapses, but the Offenses Can't keep things together.

The Bears Defense Force Jared Goff Into An Errant Attempted Pass That Results In Fumble. The Bears Recover With The Lions Down Six( The Bears Extra Point Gets Blocked) But Not For Long. On The Ensuing Drive, Justin Fields, With A Short Field And Open Grass In Front Of Him, Heights Takes Off For Another Six And Put The Bears Up 25-13. Two more turnovers on Downs and an intercept, and all the Lions wrote for the rest of the game. The Bears Tack On Another field, No

late Game Comeback heroics For The Lions This Week.

The Bear Captures the Upset And Prevent The Lions From Sealing Away The NFC North. Fields Finish 19/33 223 Yards 6.8An Attempt, 88.3 Passer Rating. Field Also led the Team In Rushing 58 Yards On 12 Carries And A Touchdown. Chicago's leading receiver, DJ Moore, has six cats for 68 yards, three carries for 20, and a touchdown.

For The Lions, Ben Johnson's calling Couldn't Pull The Team Out Of this Hole. Jared Goff Finished 20/36 with Just 161 Yards, 1 Touchdown, Two Interceptions, And A Passer Rating Of 54.6. Jahmyr Gibbs Had Some Success On The Ground with 11 Carries For 66; He Broke Off A Couple of Big Runs, Including 36 Yarder, To Get The Lion's offense Rolling At The End Of The First Quarter Before Goff Handed Internal That Big Interception. The Turnovers Proved So Costly, And The Lions Continue To Rack Them Up. The Lions Own A Minus 9 turnover margin in the four games they've lost, And They Suffered Three On Sunday For The Third Time this Season. David Montgomery Ran For 60 Yards On 10 Carries, But Again The Lions Couldn't Stay With The Ground After Falling Behind So Big. The Bears Snatch Another Win and this upset doesn't save Matt Eberflus's job, but with the defense surging, his reputation as a Defensive-minded Coach may hold into the next season for another team.

Rams Vs Ravens

So The Rams Have Raged Back From the Desolate Land The Cursed Field Of Mordor To Enter The Playoff Race with Roster Consisting Of A Just-Enough-Not-Over-Hill Matthew Stafford, A Returned Cooper Kupp An Emerging Puka Nacua and A Roster Composed Of mostly "Thrift Shop Level Pieces— No Offense, I Know All NFL Player Work Hard To Earn Their Position In The League. Thanks To A Relatively Favorable Schedule And One Jauguarnaunt Division(Most Divisions Have Two Or Three Jauguarnauts Or None At All), The Rams Have an opening for playoffs. At 6-6, The Rams Still Face Tough Odds.

They Beat The Number One Defense Browns.

Now They Face the number-scoring defense in Baltimore After The Ravens come off A Bye, And Lamar Jackson Has Never Lost To The NFC.

The Rams Needed Matchups To Stay Afoot In The NFC And Keep Seattle Away.

Seattle's Not Necessarily The Hardest Mark In Football To Hit Right Now.

Stafford Suffered Through A down year. He Ranks the Bottom Of The League In QBr And Not Far From The Bottom In Completion Percentage.

He's Also Missed A Few Games And Played With A Thumb Injury in Week 12, But That Didn't Hold Him Back From Lighting Up The Cardinals For Four Touchdowns, Bringing Stafford's Total To 13 Touchdowns For The Season. Right Now, Stafford Ranks Ninth On PFF's Baysiean Quarterback Rankings—the Rams Rank Ninth in DVOA, 4th In Offensive Success Rate And 4Th In EPA per Play. The Rams Look Dangerous Again.

I Love How Many Of These Games Matter So Late In The NFL Season Because The Odds Can split in so Many Directions With One Win Or Loss. According To The Ravens' Odds To Earn A Bye Drops 20 Percentage Points (38% to 18%) Depending On A Win Or Loss. One game shifts The Ravens' projections so significantly for The Post. The Rams Ranked 8th In Rushing Heading Into This Game, and The Ravens Rank First In Yards Per Pass Defended—this Combination Of Elements Created The Perfect Formula For The Rams's Rushing Onslaught Early. Not To Sound "Cheesy," Sean McVay Used Kyren Williams As A Battering Ram, like The Namesake.

The Ravens Punts After Their Top Rank Run Game Fails To Pick Up The First Down. Instead, Los Anya put on a clinic on how to surge up the guy; down after down Williams, the second-year break-out player surged forward through a sea of bodies who tried coral Williams like a swarm of bees on an enemy invader.

The Two Teams Eventually Turn On The Super Soakers In The Pass Game. These Two Quarterbacks Possess Some Of The Best Arm Talent In The League, How Could They Not? Starting With Baltimore, Three Plays Into Baltimores Third Drive After Two Pumts, Lamar Hits Tight End Isaiah Likely Wide Open Deep On A Blown Coverage. They Likely Runs Wide Open Out of The Backfield From The Raven's 46 Yard Line and Don't Get Touched Until The Ram's 6 Yard Line.

Likely Then Beats A Defender And Scoots Into The Endzone For 54 Yards and A 7-3 Baltimore Lead. The Rams Get In On The Deep and Passing Game. I can't even name some of the Rams' receivers; I had to go back over the Roster listing. On The Rams Third Drive, Stafford Flexes The Power Of His Arm Little, Like A Powerful Sage Demonstrating His Ability To The OverZealous Youth. He Hooks With Receiver Demarcus Robinson, Who Makes A Great Play On The Ball Over A Ravens defender. The 22 22-yard play Helps The Rams Flip Field Position. Stafford Turns His Trigger To An Option We're All Acquainted With Cooper Kupp. Kupp Catches a 22-yard pass, setting the Rams Up At The Baltimore Three-Yard Line. Stafford Hits Kupp On A Route Two Plays Later. The Ravens Had a response.

Odell Beckham Playing Against The Team Heights Won A Super Bowl With Two Seasons Ago. Lamar hit ODell earlier for 20 yards. Beckham made a diving, one-handed adjustments on a misplaced ball. With Baltimore Needing A reponse Lamar Looks Beckham's Way Again, This Time For A 45 Yard Score. Beckham beats the defense on a double move and flees upfield to give the Ravens back the lead. After slowly starting the season, Odell has begun to get his feel for the team. He's Coming Along strong as The Ravens Look To Put The Division And The Conference In The Bag—the Rams Tailor A Response.

The Ravens Top Ten Defense Manufacture A Third Down Stop, But A Special Teams Offside Gifts The Rams A New Set Of Downs. Stafford Connects With His Rookie Tight end Davis Allen For Stafford's Second Passing Touchdown Of The Game. The Rams Would Take A 17-14 Lead and tack On A Field Goal To Move Up 20-17 At The Half.

The Rams would Hold This lead Until The Ravens Get Two Field Goals In The Second Half To Go Up 23-22 After A Baltimore Safety.

The Rams Grab The Lead Back, Stafford To Demarcus Robinson, 28-23, and They Hold The Lead There Until Under Two Minutes In The Fourth Until Stafford Would Continue His Attack On the Ravens Secondary. Some Of His Passes Looked Like Wizardry. Stafford Completes A side-arm pass in The Third Quarter Into The Flat With Pressure Barreling Down On Him. He Should Have Gotten Sacked Or Threw The Ball Into The Ground. Instead, He Completes A Short Ball. That pass had More Of An Impression Than Anything Else. Stafford accomplished all of the games but kept the flame thrower burning. Stafford Completed a Handful Of Explosive Passes. He Hit Puka Nacua For 23 Yards and Davis Allen For 21 On A Touchdown Drive. After The Ravens Retake The Lead, Leaving Stafford With 1:16 To Work Down Field—A Lifetime Really— Heights Hit Cooper Kupp For 22 Yards To Settle The Rams In Baltimore Territory. The Rams Eventually Settle For A Field Goal After Two Red Zone Attempts Fall Short.

Matthew Stafford Finished 23/41 For 294(Felt Like 300 Plus), Three Touchdowns, and No Interceptions. Cooper Kupp has 8 Carries for 115 Yards and One Touchdown. Somehow, Stafford Under throws Him on A 34 34-yard completion.

Puka Nacua Added Five Catches For 84 Yards. Nacua Made A beautiful Diving Grab With Around Five Minutes Left In The Fourth And set Up The Demarcus Robinson.

The Rams Moved Away From The Run Late, But Kyren Williams 25 Carries For 115.

The Ravens Who Struggle In Crunch Time,— They Like To Finish Team Of Early—, -27 In The Finals Two Minutes Of Games, Found Down Five Driving With Rams Bringing Pressure.

Lamar Takes A Sack, But The Ravens Offense Stay On Their Feet. The Sack Leaves The Ravens With A 3rd And 17, and Lamar Hits Rookie Wide Out Zay Flowers With A Rams Defender Draped On Him, 21 Yards and A Touchdown. They are only Leading By One Point—the Ravens Quickly Assault The Rams' Secondary For A Two-Point Conversion.

The Rams Failed Their Two Conversion On Their Touchdown Attempt.

Lamar, who plays A Little Laid Back, had to feel the pressure and move around on the Ravens' final drive of regulation.

The Ravens Didn't Need The Final Two Minutes Of Regulation Or A Second Overtime Offensive Opportunity in The Overtime period. Two Teams Spilt A Pair Of 3 And Outs. Davis Allen drops the ball over the middle pass from Stafford, and the Rams' punt. Ravens Punt Returner Tylan Wallace Takes The Punts, Makes A few Defenders Miss, And Strolls Up The Sideline For The Touchdown, Giving The Ravens The 37-31 Win In Overtime. For A Moment, Tylan's Feet And The Play Felt Like An Eternity To Unfold. The win helps the Ravens stay in lockstep with the Dolphins and adds one more fold to the bow in the AFC North.

Vikings Vs Raiders

The Pastronaut Josh Dobbs, Minnesota Vikings Quarterback, Has Learned The Laws of gravity In A New Way These Two Weeks," What Goes Up Must Come Down," One Of Sir Isaac Newton's Fundamental Laws Of Gravity. Dobbs took The League of A Tour of Inspirations, Highlights, and Intelligence. Despite Bouncing Around The League To Three Teams in Three Months, He's Always Found Space To Reach Heoghts Or At Least Sustain Float, But He's Crashing. Dobbs stepped in for Jaren Hall, leading the Vikings to a harrowing win in Week 10 with his hair-raising play style no preparation needed. Dobbs Plays With A Bruce Willis Die Hard Kind Of Approach, "learn as you go, hair on fire, hold onto your seat," The 31-28 Win Over The Falcons Ranks As One Of The Best Games This Season, And Dobbs Second Win The Vikings Thrust The Vikings Not Only From A Top Ten Spot But Into A Contender Position, Potentially. The Vikings Have Lost Two In A Row Coming Off Of A 5 Game Winning Streak. Dobbs Threw Four Interceptions In The Vikings' Loss To The Bears. Kevin O'Connell Has to Build His Offense Around Passing The Ball. The Vikings' Offense Passes 66% Of Their Snaps, and Dobbs' Struggle Most Likely won't Change The Vikings Stratagem. According to PFF, Dobbs' turnovers cost the Vikings 16.26 in expected points added (EPA). Dobbs Can't Scramble Out Of Every Situation and turn nothing Into Magic. Dobbs And The Vikings Will Welcome A Needed Face In The form Of Justin Jefferson, Who returns From His Hamstring injury. Dobbs thrives When Things Break Down. Like Jack Sparrow From Pirate Of The Caribbean( even Though I Shouldn't Have To Say So), Dobbs Weaev Serendipity, A Little "Luck," And Skill To Come Out Doom But All Of Those External Factors Break Down, And Dobbs Hasn't Proven He's Got The Skill.

I Don't Know Whether To Applaud The Vikings' Defense For Holding The Raiders' Offense To Zero Points Or Excoriate The Raiders Offense For Failing To Put Any Points On The Boards. However, Kudos To The Fans Who Stuck Through This Game Til The End. This matchup looked destined for overtime and nodded 0-0 until the Vikings grabbed a field goal late with under two minutes left in the fourth quarter. Outside of three second-half raider turnovers, the two teams punted back and forth. Both Team's Kicker May Need A Prosthetic After The Matchup. The Vikings Benched Josh Dobbs After he Struggled To Lead The Team To Points Or Any Form Of Constructive Offense. Dobbs Left The Game on 10/23 For 63 Yards. Dobbs Took Five Sacks, and He's Peak As A Performer. In every Other Vikings Series, Dobbs Would Get Knocked Down. Nick Mullen Would Step In. Heights Lead The Vikings To Points. The Raiders offense only played one quarterback but fared no better. Aidan O'Connell Finished 21/32 For 171. He Took Four Sacks. The Vikings showed no regard for the name Davante Adams. The Receiving Found The Vikings Challenging to Break Free From Like A Bad Reputation. Adams led the Raiders with 7 Catches for 53 yards, one long of 24 yards—the Raiders Run Game Struggled In The Run Game. Josh Jacobs Ate Up 13 Carries For 34 For 2.6 before Exiting The Game With An Injury.

Justin Jefferson's Return to Football And His Difference-Making Ability Got "Cancelled" Thanks To A Chest Injury Heights Suffered In The Second Quarter.

. Jefferson Climbed The Imaginary Ladder To Bring A Pass, Then Got Rocked By A Raiders Defender. Jefferson left the game and headed to the hospital. His future availability is in question. The Win Launches The Vikings To 7-6, A One Game Difference Over The Swarm Of Teams Sitting 6-7 Underneath Them. Coach O'Connell entered the Final Quarter Of The Same Question He Exited The Bye With, Stating Quarterback. Jefferson Most Likely Forgo Any Opportunity To Reach 1000 Yards This Season If He Misses Extended.

"Since I got hurt, the new goal is 1,000 yards," Jefferson said Thursday. "I want to end every single year over 1,000 yards."
