Now And Forever: Part 1.

One Instagram Post: “This Is How A heartbreaks.”

“Won't you speak to me

I'm just here holding on

'Cause baby I really don't need to wait around

If the feeling is gone.”

Lyrics From Mariah Carey’s Blues And Jazz Inspired 90’s Ballad “If It's Over.”

The Idea That We Once Considered Unsinkable. Those Unmistakable “Inevitable”: Death, Taxes Jesus Father Time Are Themselves Meeting At The Crossword Of Their Faint Mortality they For Ages

When The Reports Blazed my Phone The First The Alarmed Alert Summon Shock And Disbelief, he Couldn't? Why Would He?

If I Had Live In Ancient Israel And not In An “Office” When The news Cut Through The Algorithms Of Never News Outlet I've Ever Dealt In.

Wall Street Journal, ESPN, New York Times, Bleacher Report. I Would Have Torn My Garment In The Way Of Job And Lament The Loss. A Mourner, Supine in disbelief; Not Until The Casket Goes Down.

An NFL Quarterback Playing At the Highest Degree Of the Game Into The Final Year's Of His Career, That’s Not All Too Uncommon, If Anything The Best Make The Most Of The Light As Flickers’ In The Wind. Brady Now Lives As The Record Holder In Length And The Standard Bearer In Success.

Brady's player resume stands alone as the greatest in NFL history. He holds the records for Super Bowl wins (seven), Super Bowl MVP awards (five), playoff wins (35), regular-season wins (243), passing yards (84,520), and passing touchdowns (624), among other accolades.

With All That Brady Achieved, His Career Still Feels Incomplete Now.

If it Is The End. Then It's Not Satisfying.

Brady's Story, It Should end In Tragedy Or Glory.

He Dedicated His Entire Journey In Football On Hot Goals Of Improving The Wounds In His Game. He Should Either Have It Escape It Or Be Torn Away From It By Reason And Measures Beyond Our Understanding. Yes, His Human Body Collapses, But His Passion Seemed Always Bright.

In Modern History, Say The New millennia. There Are A Few Instances That Are So Critical To The Way We Interact In Day-To-Day Commerce Of History. Few Events  Jostle The Memory Of The Many When Mention. Those Are The “Where Were You When That Happened? Moments

September 11th, 2001(9/11(Nine-Eleven). The Worrying Era of The Great Recession, I. E, The Wall Street Mortgage Crisis. The News coverage Of The Appreciated Volume In The Aftermath Of Hurricane Katrina. Those Few On The more Dubious, End Of History.  The Obama Inauguration.

Somewhere In Harrowing Tales Of Heroism. Transformative Changes in Leadership. A Record-Breaking Level Of Human Struggle And Malpractice Tom Brady’s Retirement.

I Made Reference To It Some Power Rankings Ago. That With every Thrust Of The Arm. Every Motion To The Sideline. Every Exuberant Fist Pump The Sands In The Hour Drained And Drained.

Then The Word Came In… After 22 seasons Tom Brady.

Like An Jet Liner Over The Night Sky. The Report Flickered In The Night Then Vanished In Clouds Then Reappeared Soaring.

Some May Consider It “In Bad Taste” To Likened Tom Brady, A MAGNAMIOUS Figure in sports and life, Walking Away from The NFL. An Athletic Performance League That Earned Criticized For  Being More AKIN to Torture Than Trials Of Triumph. Bundling All Advance science and Engineering Into a Casting Call Of  Expressionless Display Of Human Callousness. A Catastrophe. THE result Of Human Greed And Social Negligence. It's Tantamount To All Those An Maybe More.

But all Those Censure End In The Shadow Of  Brady. He’s More Than A figure. If He Were But a Mere Obelisk, Muffled Man, He’d An Acropolis-tic One, above the city of Athens, Above The World Of Titans.

“The Game Doesn't Stop For Anybody.” This quote Tells All Why Brady Never Wanted A "farewell season" To His Magnificent Career.

But Maybe A Dramatic Pause

My Adoration, My Affections For One Mr. Thomas Patrick Brady Jr. Began Where My Antagonism Towards Him Ended.

It’s 2005. an Adolescent Pokémon Obsessed Jason Sat Up Right. Eyes Attentive To Watch Ash And Friend Win Another

… Welcome To Super Bowl XXIX(39). “huh?”

With One TV In The Home, A Father Not at The Bar For Once In His Life, Sorry Dad.

A Young Jason Sat down To Take In Greatest, Unpronounced,  To Him event In All The World Of Sports. In All The World Over. One Game That Would Come To Form His Life.

In Jacksonville, Florida, Some Hundred Miles Up From The Bahamas, The Country I Call “Home.”

Donavan McNabb led The Philadelphia  Eagles, Finally Above The NFC Mountain, To Face The New England Patriots And Their Scowling Coach And A fresh Face Man At Quarterback. Talks Of   Dynasties, Game plan And Matchup Rang Through The Buzz Of The RCA Set A Perch The Draw Stand.

Of Course, A Then   Pre-Teen Jason Knew None Of The Pertinent Significant Of The Game. in A Few Months, I Would Be In junior School hit A Growth Spurt And Then The Backboard, But until then, Cartoons and Cereal With Cream No Milk. Dad

To The Game And One Of Its Most pertinent Feature. The Focal Point Of My Eyes: Donavan McNabb.

The Young Black As Two- Three great Inspirations In Life, Some Call them Role Models; Others Call Them Crutches And Pitfalls: The Rapper, The Athlete And The Drug Dealer. Some Men Occupy Both Or All Of These Fields At Once.

That Night, For Game That Went on for Eternity I Found  Mine.

The NFL has had Issue Recently, Incorporating Minorities Into Prominent Positions. It’s An Ongoing Challenge, With Its Latest Chapter Set To Unfold Throughout A Few Lawsuits.

In The Mid-2000  Black Player and Black Quarterback rose To Unparalleled Heights.

Dante Culpeper Lead The League In passing Yards In 2004. Michael Vick Lead The Falcons To an 11-5 Record. McNabb, he, And Terrell Owens tore Through To The  NFC championships Four Straight Years.

Even In An Era Of Unprecedented Blac. Excellence,  Prejudice Preserved.

African American Success became Attributed To The Feature Blacks Were Hated and Hunted For Physique And Endurance Monstrous Bone Density.  The Rise Of Black Athletes In Short Three Decade Span The Year earned Treads For Studies Not Celebrations.

In The ‘70s, Blacks Became the Subject of Studies Once More To Unlock And Perhaps Replicate Their Brilliance In Athletic Performance

“shorter trunk, a more slender pelvis, longer arms, and longer legs,” wrote Kane. All These Unstated Qualities Made Him The Formidable Giant On The Track, Over The Rim Over The Hurdles.  “His bones are denser and therefore heavier than those of whites. He has more muscle in the upper arms and legs, less in the calves.”(Sports Illustrated/Undefeated)

Rather Than Actual Competence, The Black Received Inherent Advantageous Through Nature. It’s a Theme  Shortly Partial Incorporated in The Movie Black Panther.

What Would Be The Black Athletes undoing, The Very Thing That Inspired Said Studies, Hubris? Their Selfishness and Arrogance Would Be Their Undoing. When Terrell Flamed Out In Philly, These Premonitions Beheld True.

McNabb Wanted To rewrite The Script. He Wanted To Defeat The Narrative, He Still Does. He Instructs A Youth Organization That Instills “the mental aspects of footballs.” Beyond  The Tale Tape, The Highlights Clipped The Together That Are bereft Of Weight And Narrative. “You have to be able to handle adversity; you have to be able to handle strong criticism.”

To The Eventual  Fallout With T.O. To McNabbs Unceremonious Exits In His Three Previous Playoff Games. Coming Off Of Three Straight NFC title Matchup McNabb Hand The Super Bowl And The Moment In Hand. The Offensive Architect, coach By Andy Reid, incased In a Burger Loving, Falstaffian Figure.

I Knew Little To Nothing of Football Then, I Think I Still Know Little Now.  I Knew Little To Nothing Of The Social Dynamics And Racial Undertones, But I Know When I’m Inspired.

  McNabb Inspired Me.

Terrell Returned To The team, which Lost Two regular Season Games In Absence Due To Injury. Still, Just In Time To Help The Team make A Run To The Superbowl, Which Included McNabb Besting Both Dante Culpepper And Michael Vick In Route to Jacksonville.

Opposite Them. The Embodiment Of Caste, The New England Patriots.

Lead By Brady And Belichick. Correy Dillon And Deion Branch And A Crushing Defense. The Patriots Finished Second In The AFC at 14-2 And, Most Importantly, The Defending Champs. Which In Football Marks As An Incredible Feat In Itself.

The Eagles Entered  The Playoff And quickly  Combed Through The Light For Another shot At the NFC Title. They Got Stifled By The Panther’s Defense A year Prior, and Watch As Carolina Went On To the Superbowl To Face These Patriots. The Eagles Faced The Patriots That 2003 Season Also; McNabbs Only Bout With This Patriots Team. Eagles-10, New England’s 31.

The  Pats Were Different Now.  History Made The Pats, Belichick, The City Of Boston The Villain And The Subject.

Back-To-Back Superbowl Wins Hung In Line.

In The 2004 AFC Playoffs. The Pats Put Down Their Rival Colts And MVP Peyton Manning. The Manning High Power Passing offense Had No chance.

Tom Brady And The Patriots Moved On To Blow out The Leagues Best Team, the Steelers, Who Had Won 15 Straight Games Entering That AFC championship Game, One Of Which, Came against the Patriots Week In Eight.

A Week After The Steelers beat The Pats In Week Seven…

The Eagles  Had A High rise To Their Season As Well. They Signed Owens, who Found Himself  No Longer apart Of San Francisco’s plans. The Eagles Needed Wide Receivers. McNabb Liked To Throw Deep It Worked On Paper.

After Scoring Thirteen Points Combine  In Their Last Two NFC Championships. Scoring Proved To Be A Crossing Issue For The Eagles Championship Aspirations. McNabb Struggled Against Carolina, who Only Needed 14 Points To Outlast the Eagles. As Accustom To Quarterbacks Under Center Of A team, Many Viewed As Championship Caliber McNab Earned  Criticism As The Focal Points For Eagle Failures.

The Eagles Started Season 6-0—their First loss, The Steelers Coming off a valuable Patriot Win And Building Momentum. The Eagles Scored Three Points.

The Patriots would exact Some Revenge. They were blowing Out The Steelers And Traveling South To The warm Vacation Weather Of Florida.

The two Forces Clashed. First, Both defenses Made Their imprints On The Game And Left The Offense Room To Make The Difference.

I watched,  An Unwilling  Preteen  Spectator, In Complete Oblivions Too Odds and Stakes And The Storylines. How  Trends Reflected The Narratives And Formed The  Storylines That Would Define Two Legacies.  The Ball Moved From One Team To The Next.

Their Guys were celebrating With Every Change Of Possession.

Why I’m Not Sure But I Recognized The Elation. The Similarities To Wrestling Celebrations were Jarring.

Arm Flap Like Wings. The Game, The Sport It Had The Makeup Of On Power Bomb slams, And Choke Holds On. Grass. What It All Meant, Only My Dad who Probably Wished To be elsewhere Would Know, And I Dare Not Ask.

McNabb finished the game going 30-51 for 357 yards, three touchdowns, and three interceptions. I Know all Of That Now.

Fifty-One, That’s A hefty  Number for Any Era Of Football, Much less The Balanced Era of The Mid-2000.

What I Knew; The Patriots won 24-21 In A game Of Human Space Invaders on Steroids.

As the Patriots took To The Stadium, Tom Brady, Tall, Square Casted Face, Pliable Features, unflappable Demeanor, Lifted The trophy.

He Didn’t Win MVP, That Honor Belong To Deion Branch, who Had A Breakout Game For The Pats. A Black Guy.  But  Nevermind.

The Confetti Clothed the Field where Paul McCartney Had Performed Hey Jude.

“ Take A Sad And Make It Better.”

I Unwittingly Took To Those Lyrics To Heart That Night.

Brady had A quiet Night As the Branch Took Charge of The Win. , The Running Game, And The Defense Won The Championship For The team.  A Spirited Terrel Owens finished with nine catches for 122 yards. But Who Knew? Dad

What I Did Know, if I ever watched Football Again, considering The Run Pokémon had Been On, Those Prospect Seemed Thin. My allegiance To The victor(s) Would Be Unshaken. Forget Aspiration. Class Structure  Undertone. The Redemptive Narrative

Still That Night Marks As A Bit of A Disappointment In My Book. My Newly Minted Hero fell. The Stoic Man That Collapsed Many Dreams That Night. He Superseded My three Hour Hero. But The Man Had no Face To me. He Had The Trophy, But He Looked  Unfamiliar. But I didn’t Look At His Heart.

In Two Years, All The Chains, Chime, And Counts Of That Night would Change Me. The man Who Left A Young man With great Bereavement And Bewilderment Would Become The Muse of My Greatest Obsession: Brady And Football.

“I told a girl I can start right away

And she said, "Listen, babe, I got something to say

I got no car, and it's breaking my heart

But I've found a driver, and that's a start.”

Paul McCartney, Drive My Car

19 And Oh, No.

“Where Were You?”

No one knows anything yet—and that’s the point.

“I would love you till the end (till the end)

Till the end (till the end, till the end)

I would love you till the end of time.”

At Twelve Years Old, I choose to Follow The winner. I’m Still waiting To Regret That Faithful Decision...

After Super Bowl 39, My Tepid Dalliance With One Thomas Brady Jr. Ended. Yes, That’s It. Football Wouldn’t Return Until September. I Wouldn’t Have To Be Interested In Then. Over The Following Months, The Eagles Would Implode.

McNabb Would Be Out Of Philly Some Four Years Later, But Not Before Another Failed Push Through The NFC.

TO Would erupt, His Volatile Unstable Play Got him Spat  Out Of the City Of Brotherly Love, Fuel By Streams Of Vitriol And Animosities That Aren’t So Much As Misunderstood As They Are Misguided. TO Embodied the Failed Emotional Composition Of The Black athletes Is Cursed To Their Undoing. That Instantaneous Self-depreciate Blaze That Couldn't Be Contain In An Titan Body.

Some May Remember His Interview Workout In The Driveway. TO Would Move To Dallas, And The Madness Of Jerryworld Would Have Present Its Latest Fsmed Exhibition.

McNabb’s Career Sputtered And Flop. I Remember His Mom Sitting  In Stands Watched As Her Son Took Some Of His last Snaps Of The Career That She Reluctantly Cosigned Him To Pursue. He Ended A Good Not So Hall Of Fame Career With The Vikings, Then Out Of The League. His Star Career On A Shorter Fuse Than Any Other Star QB In Memory.

By 2010 The Game Had Passed Him By Without Any So Much Glance at Another Superbowl.

Thomas Brady Jr. Had A Father Who Invested in His Son through All.

Between 2005-2007. I Had Hit Junior School Running Straight Into A Wall.

Junior Consisted Of Its Rush, Of Two Minute Drills, Vomiting, Fallouts.

Off In the Magic Land Known As America Brady And The Patriots, We’re Looking To Turn A Dynasty Into something more. They Only Needed To Win One More, But The “One More” Would Only take form In Another Dynasty Of Theirs. No Team Had Ever Won Three In a Row, Superbowls That Is.

The Pats Made Sure Of That When The Ended St. Louis Bid To Repeat In ’01. If They HAdnt Only The Heavens Know How The Rams Could Have Gone.

Now It Would Their Turn. Roster Turnover. Schematic Shifts And Differences In Philosophical Meant The Patriots Would Finish 10-6. Good Enough To Make The playoffs, But Sorry Enough To Eventually Lose To The Broncos In The Divisional Round.

The Steelers Would Return to Power And Under Head Bill Cower Win The Super Bowl.

Again I Knew None Of This Then. I Had Art Projects And Crushes.

By 2006 The Passing Offense Had Proliferated Around The League. The Patriots Sign Corey Dillon A Few Years Before Be The Lead Back But Wanted To Move In The Future. By Then, The Man Called Brady Had Been No More Than A Well Adapted Game Manager For Belichicks Otherworldly Defense.

Brady Took Off. He Finished the 2005 season,  The First 4000 Yard Season Of His Career, And Lead The NFL In Yards 4110 And the Top Five In Both Touchdowns And Yards Per Game.

But  By The Divisional Round, None Of That Matter, A Broncos Secondary Put The Clamps On That Bid To Repeat.

The Patriots Defense That Stalked  The Walls In Foxborough late Into The ‘90s Began To Rust. Age And Time Had It’s way Wit Some The Patriot Stars

Linebackers Such As Bruschi, Vrabel, McGinest Weren’t As Mobile, Even Safety Rodney Harrison Who An Interception That Faithful Day Versus McNabb. Hiding Slot Receivers At Corners Meant Vulnerabilities Rather Than Excusable Tactical admissions. The Pats Entered An Off-Season That Could Have set Them On The Course of Flameout.

By 2006-2007. I Hated Junior High school And No Amount Of Fruit bowls drawn, And Girls That Thought, “he Got A Big Head And A Nice Smile” Would resolve That. But Junior School gifted On Solace, Basketball.

Basketball, That’s Another Story, But When Pokémon Finally Took The Adventure Beyond The gen 4, I Moved My obsession To Sports.

In Time For The Moment Change My Life Unexpectedly.

The Patriots Return To The Playoff. 12-4. Brady Had Down Year; I Did Too. But That Point He’d Been 12-1  In The Playoffs, An Unparalleled Run To That Point. The Jets Had No Shot, And  The Chargers Run Into Themselves. Gifting Brady The Chance To Own The Offense Unchallenged Deep Into The Playoffs.

All That Remain Between Brady And An assume Fourth Super Bowl in six Years, The Rival Colts.

Brady Passing Yard Hit Back Below 4000 Somewhere Else Peyton Manning Hit Gas and clock Another 4000. Manning Began Leading A Colt Team with A Engine To Go.  Two Seam Routes go brrrrrrrr.

Turn Of The Century; He’d Been The Best QB In The League That With  Mention Of His Playoff Failing. Somewhere In Sun Shine Park, Following The Exploits Of Brandon Roy And The Soon To Be “We Believe” Warriors, Absence To All Of This Splendor. An Impressionable Jason. I Would Be On The Courts Soon. Dribbling The Leather Off Of Ball After Ball After Ball. Thanks, Dad. Soon In A Few Years, I’ll Be On My Highschool And A Writer For My High School News Paper.

Manning Set The Modern Standard For Passing, He, The Proposed Living Embodiment of Dan Marino’s Second Coming.

Tall, Far From Imposing. Not So Plus arm, Chucking away At Your Zone Coverage.

He was willing The Walls That Opposed Him To The Floor With Effortless thrust and Jostling Working The Field to his motion.

As The Push Proliferated, Thanks To Kurt Warner And Dante Culpepper, Peyton Kept It Pushing. In An Era When The Pass Became A Exclusive Weapon To Some Team By Mid 2000, Peyton Entered Into A Class All By himself.

But Manning Had One Kryptonite, That Plague Him Most Of His Career, Except Two Terms.

Manning And Brady’s Career Wouldn’t Hold To Each, Tip-Toeing Over Each Ones Exploits As much As They Would Be Juxtaposed.

Manning Got Drafted Number And Became the Starter Immediately And Remained The Unquestioned Leader For More Than A Decade. Brady, The 199th Pick Of the 2000 Draft, fought And Nail As They Say To Claw His Way Into position and Waited To Earn The Reigns Of The Offense.

Manning Expectations Were  To win Championships Out Of The Gate Brady  Achieved.  Brady’s Earn Criticism For  A now Famous Sound Bite “doesn’t throw A Tight Spiral” Manning Throw Ducks and Wobblers.

While The World assumes Manning Would Take The League But His Arm The watch as Brady Took It By Will. Brady’s First Start Came Against. After Brady Replaced Another Number 1 Pick Of Mass Appeal, Drew Bledsoe.

The Patriots Won 44-13. Bledsoe Never Regain His Spot On The team. Manning Would Have Years to Stew After Losing His Shine To Brady. Two Of Brady’s Super Bowl Came In Route Through Peyton.

In The AFC Championship Game 2006. Manning-Brady Again The Card. The Patriots Went Up 21-6 Into The Half. A Cold Night In Indianapolis and It Showed On The Boards For The Colts just Two Feild The zingy Sign Of Life For One The NFL’s Best Offenses.

Then The Game Kind Of Swung. The score is 32 In The Half. The Colts Score Double Figure Each Quarter Of The Half. In Return, The Patriots Could Only Muster Two Late Field Goals To Make It A Game.

In The Final Minutes, The Announcers Quickened To Proport, “ These are The Moments Brady Lives For…. “

Brady hadn’t Driven The Passing Offense To The acclaim That Manning managed, But The Clutch In His Arm had a Turbo Compressor. Down Four With One Drive, To Go. This Would be another tar of vintage Brady and another chapter of the books that Haunted Peyton.

Strangle enough, Brady Looked Shook; Intimated by The Moment.

At Times When He Put Peyton Down, He Stays Down. “I Said A Prayer,” Peyton Remarked after The Game.

One Brady Panic Throw Later it All Ended.

“The Dynasty Is Dead.”

Peyton Moved On To Take The Bear’s Defense To Class On Passing. He Won What Would’ve Most Likely Been Brady’s Fourth.

An Almost Done With Junior School Jason Wanted No More dealings with Junior School. Around The Time Reche Caldwell Dropped a Few Critical Passes By Brady. I Had Dropped Out Of School. Junior School Had Been A Tumult and only continued To Worsened.

All It Hadn’t Given Me In Exchange For Some of the most antagonizing Experiences Would B My Sports obsessions.

Admittedly I Fumble Into poor Grade, Haphazard Approach To Tardiness, Not To Mention a mortifying Sexual Harassment Suspension That ended it all.

I stayed in a few months, Played PS2 Until The Basketball Tugged Me Back To Wrapped My Worrisome Trails.

After I “Graduated,” Oh God, I Stayed Home With My Grandmother The following Fall. My Father Needed Time To  Sober Up And Decide Whether Reform School Could Save his Only Son From Drugs and Prison. Luckily For Me, Stout Beer Runs Deep In The Veins, And That Decision Never came.

Home With My Grandmother, Who Nurture Me The Best She Could, Would Be The best. I Watched And Played Basketball At Every Opportunity.  Even Though My Future Grew Dim with Every Day, I Couldn’t Leave Home Pass Noon,  “Even Now It Don’t Seem So Bad Ma.”

Being Home Meant My Grandmother Had A Consistent Means Of Getting her Daily Fix; The local Newspaper. Crosswords. Headlines. The Reputed Escalating Crime Rate. Thinking back? The 2000s were a sifting Time In the Bahamas, but I would not have noticed in My Haven.

Around That Time Basic Cable had Been The Norm In The Bahamas at Least In My Disenfranchised Part Of Town. Basic meant Only TNT and ESPN National Provided Games Would Be My Only Source Of input For The Figures Of My Dreams. And Only if I Secured The One TV First. The Newspapers Were “new papers” Old and Gray. I Couldn’t Care Less About Taxes And Minim wage.

What Would Be The Sports section That Each Day Would appraise Me Of The Nightly NBA Action?

But One Fall day, The Headline Didn’t Showcase Dwayne Wade, Star Of The Miami Heat, A Favorite Team Of Many Bahamian. Not Kobe Bryant Of The Lakers

It Said The Patriots  Move To 6-0.

The Pats had Some Searching To Do.

Only Two Years  Removed From That Faithful Day In Jacksonville. The Pats sat and Witnessed the Steelers And the Colts, Two Teams The Patriots Practically owned, Win Titles In Brady’s Prime, No Less. That Super Bowl Win over the Eagles Felt Long Ways Past.

Some Roster had Bee Long OverDue. A Long In The Tooth Corey Dillon Moved On. Lawrence Marooney Moved In To Fill The Void. The trouble Had Never Been At Back. When The Patriots Bested The Eagles, Tom Brady had Only Been The Overseer Of The Potent Rush Game. With Third Year Offensive Coordinator. Josh McDaniels, The Pats, Wanted To Push Brady’s abilities More, Unlock His Full Potential.

McDaniels had plans for a deep attack spread Offense; He Just Needed The Personnel. McDaniels Graduated Through The Patriots Ranks. Work his Way Up Each Wrung, Just As Brady Had. Now The Two Saw The Truth In The Manning Structure. On the Outside, Manning had two all Pro And A Tight End Work The Middle.

Meaning No Lead, no hole, No Matter how Deep Could Be Chip Away With Careful Planning and Precision Passing.

“Success” Takes Luck. Brady Appreciate To Fans Taking In The Workings of His ESPN Documentary “Man In The Arena.”

In 2007, Luck came In The Form Of 6’4 All-Pro Wide Receiver Randy Moss. Moss Came Into The Arms, By Way The Raiders.

The Former Viking’s First Round Pick. Moss Grew Disgruntle Within The Dysfunction Of The Blackhole In Oakland. He Wanted To Win In Oakland, Another Of Brady’s Stomping Grounds, That Proportion Went Wayward In The Two years Moss Spent In Northern California. His Effort Came Into The Question. His Production Flattened.

The Patriots bartered Moss’ Career With A Fourth Round Pick. The Rest… Headlines

By Week Six That Following Season, The Patriots Were 5-0, But More Than That They Were Dominant.

Never Mind 5-0, The Patriots Offense Began The Season With Five Double Figure Thirty Point Wins. By The Time The Offense Hung 38 On The Bills, it had become their third straight 38 Point Game. By 5-0, Brady had 16 Touchdowns, One Interception most Of All His Demeanor Shifted.

Now with Time, An Interest in Reading and The ubiquity of the internet Bits And Pieces Of Brady’s Story Came To Light For Me.

Having To Guess, From The Point When I Became acquainted With The Figure To The day I Became Abreast To His Degree Of Ascendency, To Assume he’d Have zit Made.

National Signing Day Just Past. Texas A&M Secure Major Bundles Of 4 Star 5 Star Guys Sure To Be in The League One Day

In 2007, I Had No National Signing Day happened. Much Lees Mattered To The Degree I Understand That It Does Now. In general, College Sports weren’t To Be On My Radar until Derrick Rose Arrived In Memphis.

Still, I Imagined, If it Had, Some Decades ago; The Man Voted the Second Most Handsome Men Of All Time, The Debated Best To Ever Do It, Had Mounds of Collegiate Offers. And His sown Moment on ESPN Or Both Local And National Coverage.

Eventually, Learned  History Told a Different Story, A Glorious One.

One Of Belief, Assumptions, Detractors and An Unfortunate Hand That Offered a Favor And The Importance Of Being Ready.

By The Day, The Patriots tore Their Way Into Dallas. They Had A Plus Minus Of 117. Brady’s Bridle The Velocity Of His arm. With Speed And supercollider Like Torque, Brady Could Spin Missiles 60 Plus Yards Down Field. He Over Threw Moss An Number of Times Already That Season.

No Longer Pull Along By Charlie Weis Or Overshadowed By Belichick’s Unwavering Defensive Ingenuity. Brady Commanded His Team.

In Big D, AN old Foe Rear HIS face. Terrell Owens had Found A New Home With America’s Team and A new Quarterback In Tony Romo. The Cowboys We're Undefeated. If the Patriots Run Of 30 Games Had Been Impressive, The Cowboys Had One Greater. A Forty Point Start To The Season Versus The Giants. The Cowboys Defense Couldn't Compare To The Depth Of the Patriots, But The Offense Had enough Of An Arm In Romo And Weapons To Run Up The Score Alongside The Pats. The Boys Were Coming Off Of Their Toughest Win Yet, A One Point Win Over The Bills. Whom, The Patriots, Held to 7 points Only Weeks earlier And had More In-Store. But The Dallas Game.

The Patriot Won 48-27. The Cowboys Held The Pats Down On The Scoreboard After Two Quarters; Then The Patriots Took off. Scoring 17 points And Held the Cowboys To A Feild Goal.

“We Were Lucky To Hang In There,” Coach Belichick Said After The Game.

The Patriots Ended the Cowboys Perfect Bid. But TO Looked Forward To Perhaps Seeing Them Again Down The Raod. The Boys Were Good—best In the NFC Good. The Prospect Of The Two Facing Off Again In The Superbowl Remain More Than Realistic after The Loss.

The Pats Moved On. Three Teams Started Tye Day Unblemished. Patriots, Cowboys, and Colts. Now Two Remained.

The Patriots Delivered another 49 In Miami, then Returned to Boston To Give Washington 52. With half a season logged, Brady had 30 Touchdowns. He Used His Legs or arms On Sneaks for two touchdowns on the ground.

The Patriots were More Than Double Their Opponents Efforts on offense. The Defense Forced Turnover That Create Offense As Well.

More than record scattering. Superbowl Favorites. The Juggernaut Patriots Look Invincible.

The Patriots have scored 48, 49, and 52 points in three weeks.

A Coming To Earth Would Come. But until then, the Patriots Appear Perfect. “ I Dont See A Flaw In Them.” Some revelation would come, but until then. The Pats Appear Unshakable: Inevitable.

In Indy, A Week After. The Patriots Had A Familiar For And A Familiar Tale; One Of Two Unbeaten.

Pats Trailed against Dallas, But In Indy, With the Colts Forming Their Bid To Finish Unbeaten In Some Many Years And Looking To Steal Back Some Of The Many Wins The Patriot Had Snatched away From Peyton And Dundy, The Patriots Looked Defeated. Down 20-10. It took 153 Yards And two touchdowns Fourth Quarter For The Pats To Pull Momentum Out Of the Jaws Of Death.

Brady Hit Or Got Hit By The Colts Wall Up Front, But Moss Proved too Much here. We Had No Answer For Randy Dungy Remarked. Miss finished with nine catches for 145 yards and a touchdown.

Moss Had A New Leash On Life. Even At His Record Touchdown Pace(16), He Believed The Pats Could Do More. Better Execution.

I, Too, Gained A New Leash On Life. Thanks To My New Found Love Of Basketball And My Father Appreciation Of Said Love.

He Never Sobered up, and In the Course gratefully Stayed The “Absurd” Notion Of Reform School.

Instead of Giving Me Cushion To Grow Through my unbridled, Volatile Teenage Experiences.

Looking back, I needed Discipline, But An Asylum for Let’s Be Honest Would Be Statistics, And Handymen Wouldn’t Be The Place.

“Somebody Tell Shortie How To reach for the stars. Instead, We Tell Them How To Reach Through The Bars.”

I Had No Lapses In Judgement Since Leaving High School. I Had To Return To The World Of Corridors and Chalk To See My Vision Of Playing Pro Ball Into Life but Now I Had Said Vision To Guide me.

Some Patriots Fear The Noise Their Sucess Would Bring, I Think We All Do. On The Feild That. Those Reservations Wouldn’t Rear Up The Following When The Patriots Roughshod on Buffalo Once More. This Game 59 Points, The Most Points They Scored In decades. The Divison Rival Bills Served as the Perfect sacrifice To elevate The Pats Up To pantheon-Like Levels. Scoring touchdowns on their first seven offensive possessions and Padded, Their most significant victory of the season with an eighth on a Bills turnover.

The Pats Earned Consternation From Other Team The League What’s Some Perceived as Unsportsmanlike Behavior.

Belichick Nad The Pats Were Only A Season Removed From Spygate. The Alleged And later Credified filming Of Opponents Practices.  It Earned tHe Coach and Organization A Collective Fine of 750,000, And First Round pick.

Belichick denied That havIng Chip On His Shoulder Over The Matter. Every Game, Just Another Football Game. But Actions speak Louder Than Words.

Even With an Insurmountable Lead In Hand, The Pats Kept Starters Out Late in Games  Driving The Fork Deeper In Their Gooses. Not Content With Squarely Defeating Teams But Outright Dismantling and Out Classing Them.

eventually, I Would Come Upon The Knowledge That None Of These Incredible Exploits Of Brady’s Had Been Expected Course of His Career. But The Greats Alway Deviate From Expectations.
