NFL Week 4 Takeaways

We Almost Lost The GOAT On Monday Night, But Geno Smith Recovered From What Looked Like A Pretty Serious Injury And Led the Seahwask To An Away Win Against The Giants. Daniel Jones Might Proves He's Worth The Contract The Giants GAve Him In The Offseason. I Know He Turned The Ball Over A Handful Of Times, But Outside Jones, This Team Has No Offense. Jones Produced 206 PAssing Yards while eating 11 Sacks And Added 66 More On The Ground. In A Game When Nothing Works, Jones Delivered Josh Allen Level Production Even If His Work Came In "garbage" time.

The Giants, Who Didnt Start This Season With Favorable Projections Regress To Norm, And The Seahawks Remain One Of The Teams Watching The Other NFC Powerhouse Waiting For The Right Moment To Over Lap.

Jets Vs. Chiefs

So It Turns Out Zach Wilson Can Play competitive football At A High Level, And I Know He's Coming Off Of Just One Good Game In a Litter Of Performances, But I've Seen Him Play High-End Football With a Lack ofluster results Before. So Many Of His Turnovers Could Go The Opposite Way with A Little More Diligence From. The Jets Entered The Week As They've Entered So Many Other Weeks With Upheaval On The Part Of Their Starting Quarterback Zach Wilson. Most Of The Team Disagrees With Coach Robert Salah's Support Of Wilson At Quarterback. Wilson's Lack Of Winning Ways Haven't Won, Or The Locker and the Lack Of Public For From His Teammates Needed A Clandestine Media Report To Support The Disillusionment Of The Team. With The Powerhouse Chiefs On The Schedule By Monday Morning, I Expected The Media To Chauffeur More Evidence In Favor Of The Teammates Facing The Power Hoise Chiefs. There is Nothing Less To expect. Patrick Mahomes and The Chiefs Usually Use Teams Like The Jets As Cutting To Sharping Their Skills, Fresh Off Of Laying A Fresh Plastering On The Bears, Who Share A Similar Elk To The Jets. That's How The Matchup Started With The Chiefs Jumping Out To 17-0 Lead. The Jets' Supposedly Elite Defenses Gave Up a lot of Explosive Plays. The Chiefs' First Drive That Ended In A Field Goal, But Jets Allowed Travis Kelce To Spring Loose For Multiple First Downs. Then Isiah Pacheco Springs Free For A 48 Yards Blast Downfield. Pacheco Finished With A Big Game, A Total Of 158 Yards Of offense 115 On The Ground. The Jets Defense Had Trouble Matching Coverages Underneath.

Offensively, Wilson Delivers Good Pass Under Pressure, Garrett Wilson Fails To Secure The Catch. On The Jets, First Drive, Wilson Targets Wilson Three Times and Only Comes away With One Catch For Five Yards. Wilson Stayed Poise. The Jets Got More Out of Their Second Drive Before Stalling Out On Two First Downs. The Chiefs Had More Points On Their Mind. More Mahomes To Travis Kelce, Who generates yards On The Field and Buzz Off The Field Thanks To His Kindling Or Whatever Kids Call Unofficial "Lovers" These Days With Taylor Swift. The NFLs Jumping On The Trend As They Should Even To The Dismay Of Ardent NFL Followers. The League Twitter Page changed the Profile Header to Taylor Swift, And I Believe Travis Kelce's Social Media Following Rose By Some 900,000, Not All OF which Comes As A Product Of Taylor Swift. I wish I Could Get That Kind Of Love From the NFL.

If Anyone Has Gotten Tired Of Hearing About Taylor, She Became A Point Of Consternation After The Game.

In the Game, Kelce Caught 6 Passes For 66 Yards, And The Chiefs Scored Points On Three Straight Drives. Patrick Mahomes Said After the Game That 'Sometimes You Have To Win Ugly.'

Nothing Looked Ugly For The Chiefs Early.

The Jets Scored Their First Points on An Offensive Penalty On The Chiefs A Facemark In The Endzone That Created The Most Awkward "Safety" Situation I've Witnessed. But A Big Drive From Guided By Wilson's Arm. He Completed Passes Of 20 Yards, 14 And

13 Yards. But Garrett Wilson Dropped The Pass. The Rookie Of The Year also Lost A Good Ball In The End Zone. That Good has put The Jets In a Winning Position. The Media Scapegoats So Many Jets By Pinning The Blame On Zach Wilson. That's Aspect Of Zach Wilson's Short Comings Don't Get Spoken On Enough. Wilson outplayed Patrick Mahomes For The Most Part, If That's What You Want To Say Of His Performance, 28/39 with 245 Passing Yards And A 105 Passer Rating. "You Don't Throw People Away." Robert Saleh Said Wilson" Justified" His Coaches' Confidence In Him. Chiefs Defensive Tackle Chris Jones Praised Him After The Game. "I'm A Zach Wilson Fan," Jones said Highlighting Wilson's Toughness and Ability to Escape The Rush. The Chiefs Don't Rank Amongst The Best In The League, But Better Than Worse Defenses Have Gotten The Better Of Zach Wilson Before So Performance, At least For This Week, Serves As Silencing Response To Critics.

His Passes Today Were Just On Time Enough To Avoid Late Surges By Defenders Who Usually Snag His Balls Out Of The Air. 'If he plays like that, we're gonna win many football games,' Robert.

Saleh Said The Game. I Know Saleh Wants To Believe In His Player And Inspire Them, But His Team Lost This One On The Heels Of Late Penalty On His Defense. A Holding That Left Sauce Gardner Frustrated. On Twitter, You Got The Sense He Wouldn't Listen To Much Taylor Swift Going Forward. The Defense Stepped Up Late In The Wake of Zach Wilson's Awakening. The Defense Forced Two Turnovers(Interceptions) And Just 3 Second Half. Mahomes Finished 18/30 Passing Attempts, 203 Passing Yards, One Touchdown And Two Picks. I think Mahomes Took His Foot Off The Gas. When You're Great Hubris Always Sets In, Mahomes Called His Process "Creed." Most Don't Loft A Few Ill-advised Passes In The Air That Turned Into Slaps In The Face Like the ones Mahomes Usually Complete. Two Passes He Admitted He Shouldn't Have Offered Over To The Jets Chilling Defense.

"A Fight. We Came Out Struggled I Made two Bad Throws Trying To Lay The Ball Over A Line Backer and Safety." Said Patrick Mahomes After The Game." Nothing In The Pass Matters. Keep Throwing… I Have To Be Me". A lot Of Mahomes, Not Just In This Game But All Over His Career, Remind me Of Zach Wilson: A Few Degrees of Difference Could Turn One Of His Time Throws Into A Point Of Emphasis In A Press Conference. All Three Of The AFC's Best Teams Enter Week 3-1, But Admittedly, The Bills Looked The Best.

Packers Vs. Lions

We've Reached The Point In The Season Where Divisional Matchups Count As a Pivotal Contest. Multiple Division Contest Sweep This Week And Will Shape Playoff Races And Teams Move to Take Place Week Three, And We Start With The Lions And Packers Winner Takes Sole Position Of The NFC North. Jordan Love led the Packers To a 2-1 Start To The Season. The Fastest Way To Make A Fan Base a Forget a Former As A Quarterback, Win And Win Excitingly. Love Got Out Of The Gate, But He's Come Down From His Heroine Three Touchdown Performance, And He's Only Completing 50% Of Those Angular Passes Of His In Matt Lafleur's. Lafleur's Work Despite The Absence Of A Name-Worthy Receiver Anywhere.

The Lions Ripped The Falcons's Hype Right Out Of The Air Week Three. After Failing To Generate Any Pressure Against Geno Smith. If Anything Could've Derail Detroits Hope In The NFC North, Their Defense Stuck Out With Major Inconsistencies, Silencing A Deft Falcons Offense Made A Point. The Lions Offense Got Off To A Dubious Start. The Packers's Defense Hoisted Two Stops That Lost 2 Yards. Then Jared Goff Threw An Interception, Something Of A Surprise From Him These Days. The Turnover Look Like A Massive Morale Booster For The Packers. The First Jordan Love Drive Stalled After Three Plays And Zero Yards Gained

a Precursor For Much Of The Packers' First Half, But The Pack Chipped In A Field Goal. The Difference With This Goff And The Goff From The Rams Confidence. Send us anywhere, line us up against anyone, and we feel like we can go in there and beat them," said Lions quarterback Jared Goff

Suddenly, The Lions Couldn't Miss On Offense. The Three Drives The Lions Produced 197 Yards, Two Touchdowns, and Multiple Explosive Pass Plays, All Before The End Of The First Quarter Ended. The Lions Pushed Their Offensive Yardage Output To Nearly 300 By The End Of The Half. Just A Minute Into The Second, The Lions Have 17-3 Lead Before Jordan Love Etches His Name In The Turnover Column With A Tip Interception Over The Middle. The Lions Took Over. Labeled A Liability For a Team With Playoff Aspirations And Something Of A Carcass Dragged By A Hungry Lions Offense, Aidan Hutchinson And The Defense Put This Game On Snooze At Halftime. The Packers Run an Average of 1.4 Yards Per Carry. Jordan Love 6/13 For 50 At Halftime. In the third Jordan Love Look To Reclaim Some Of The Comeback He Produced Last Week Against Saints. With Lions's Nursing, The Lead a Playing Back Love Found More Time To Work The Pocket. The Packers Authored A 12 Play, Which Of 8 Passes That Culminated With a Jordan Love Touchdown Pass To Christian Watson. Watson, Making His 2023 Debut, Caught Two Passes For 25, And The Combination Of He And Love May Forge The Next Quarterback-Wide Receiver Duo. Love Needed The Packers Defense To At Tame The Lions For Another, And Joe Berry's Unit Succeeded Two Quick Successive Lion's Punts Later. Jordan Love Ran In For A Touchdown To Cut The Lead To 10 27-17. Jordan Love Hit Jayran Reed For 44 Yards To Set The Packers In The Red Zone; Love Finished The Five Play Drive With a Shotgun Run, Capping A Five Play Scoring In Just Over One Minute. After The Packers's Fans Showered The Team With Boos, The Offense Made A Game Of A Matchup That Start With Them Getting Out-gained By More Than 250 Plus Yards.

With The Lead In Hand, The Lions Just Pounded Out The Clock. As A Team, The Lions Finished With Thirteen(13) Rushing First Downs Compared To Just Two(2) By Green Bay. Driven By

Montgomery had Three Touchdowns and 32 Rushing Attempts , Most Of Which Came In The Second Half. The Lions Ate Away At The Clock and Sustained Their Lead. Montgomery Finished With 121 On 3.8 Per Carry. Jared Goff Had an Average Day. The Lions' Qb Cooled Off Tremendously After The First half, He Finished 19/28 For 210 And A Quarterback Rating Of Just 86.9. Ben Johnson And The Offense Just Leaned In On Goff As The Game Manager More and More As The Game Wore On. The Detroit Defense Didn't Stick The Landing, But The Pass Rush Racked Up Five Sacks, They Entered Week 3 With Just One At The Bottom Of The League. "Tonight's Win Is Very Special. It's A Division Game. Lions Versus Packers. "Said Aidan Hutchinson. "collectively As A Defense We Balled Out. We Let Up A Little But Stood Our Ground," Continued Hutchinson, Who Finished With a Sack And Multiple Pressures on Jordan Love. Love Again Display Some Resilience This Game. After A Rough Start, A Rough He Strung A Few Drives Together.

Vikings Vs. Panthers

This Week, The Vikings Again Face Another Team Facing Down The Same Fate As They, The 0-3 Panthers. Last Season, the Vikings Got Off To a Strong Start And Produced A 13-4 Playoff Record, But Most Advanced Metrics Deemed Minnesota An average Team Posing As A Contender. DVOA Ranked The Vikings The "fifth-worst team in the entire league." However, This Season's 0-3 Starting Vikings Ranked 9th According To PFF. DVOA Doesn't Favor The Team As. They rank 20th By Their Metrics, But The Vikings Own The 3rd Best Passing Offense And A Top Ten Offense According To ESPN's FPI, And They're Run Game Remains inefficient. The Vikings' Record Should Look More Like 2-1 Instead of The 0 Win Team, According To Kevin Cole of The Unexpected Point. "Turnovers are Killing Our Drives," Justin Jefferson Said. I Can't Say If The Vikings Can Fix The Turnover Problem Because So Much Of Them Happen By Chance. "Once we Win The Turnover, The Games Will Turn Out Differently.

Letting Go Of Dalvin Cooks Looks Like The Right Idea because Averaging Under Three Yards For The Jets But Not Adding Another Back To The Mix In Minnesota Like Kareem Hunt, A Former League Leader In Rushing Yards, Instead Trusting Heavy Duties To An Unproven Alexander Mattison; I like Kwesi But Come On. Kirk Cousins Has The Opportunity To Lighten Some Of The Darker Complexions Of His Career Thus Far. Cousins Leads The League In Passing Yards, and With The Offensive Talent Bestowed Upon Kevin O'Connell, the Offensive Script Will Have To Lean More On The 35-year-old Checkdown Specialist—cousins Now Averages The best completed Air Yards Per Attempt Of His Career So Far This Season.

The Vikings Will Face Quarterback Bryce Young Returning From A Shoulder That Kept Him Out Of Game Action Last Week's Lost.

The Vikings Facing Young Gives The Clear Advantage To Minnesota Here. He's No Justin Herbert Or Andy Dalton, Young's Back Up, Who completed 34/58 Passes for 361 yards and two touchdowns. Both The Vikings And Panthers Should Move With Desperation To Secure Their First Win In This Matchup. The Young Season Burns Slow But Suddenly. The Vikings Face Greater Desperation Considering Their Pedigree, But The Panthers Continue To Sink Into Number One Pick Territory.

But They Don't Own Their First Round Pick. Bryce Looked Excited In This week's Press Conference, And As A Quarterback Looking Across At The Vikings's "Sorry" Defense, You Have To Find Jubilation. "It's Not A Great Feeling." a Depressive Bryce Young said after The Game. The Vikings Finally Won A Game For The First Time All Season, The Vikings Won A Game In. which They Should've Lost. The Panthers Put The Kirk Cousins And The Vikings Down 10-0 Early In The First Half And 13-7. A Solid Red Zone Drive By The Vikings Turned Into A Pick six The Other away For 99 Yards. After Leading The League In Passing Yards For Three Weeks, Kirk Cousins Arm Looked To Give Out This Match. "It's Good To Get A Win AnyWay You Can Get It," said Kirk Cousins. "Frustrating To Throw That Interception" Kirk Breaks Down How He Work His way To The Flat Late, Open A Path For The Corner To Break On The Ball. The Vikings's Defense, However, Responded And Bailed The Defense Out In This Matchup. Kirk Finished With The Most Pedestrian Game You'll See From Him On The Season Just 12/19, 139 Passing Yards, Two Touchdowns, Two Interceptions, An 80. 7 Quarterback Rating. However, The Vikings got A Big Game from Alexander Mattisson: 17 Carries, 95 Rushing Yards, and 5.6 Per Carry. Kevin O'Connell's Offense Had Two Extended Successful Drives: One That Ended In A Touchdown and The Other That Ended In A Pick Six. The Vikings Second Half Touchdown resulted from Good Field Position On A Panthers's Special Teams Misstep And Not A Product Of Stellar Offense.

O'Connell Admitted after The Game That The Defense Played A Lot of Snap But Stepped Up. The Pass Rush Sack Bryce Young 5 Times, Including A Blitz From Harrison Smith That Stymied A Promising Drive By The Panthers. Offensively, The Panther Generated Six Points. The Run Game Made No Impact On The Team's Performance None Of The Team's rushers Averages More Than Three Yards. "[The Run Game] Hasn't Been To Our Best," Starting Running back Miles Saunders Said After The Game. "we're Not Playing Good Football Right Now, and That's On Everybody."

The Running-back Also Lost Phase In The Pass Protection As Well.

The Panthers Have To Improve That Area Of The Offense With A Rookie Quarterback, Especially One As Physically Compromised As Bryce Young. The Offensive Needs Continually Patching Up. If The Panthers Continue To Offense With Play Little Support To Sustain Drives. Bryce's Counting Stats Look Promising: 25/32 Passing Attempts, 204 Passing, And A Passing Rating Of 93.2. Adam Theilen, In His Return To Minnesota, Caught 7 Passes For 76 Yards. Offensively, The Panthers Eventually Have To Take The Reins Off The Offense and Explore More Of What Bryce Young's Capable Of With More Style Calls, Meaning Fewer RPOs And Screens. The Panthers Ran 68 Plays Throughout Nine Drives and Averaged 3.4 Yards Per Play. The Vikings Had A Great Game On The Ground, Consisting Of four Explosive Plays And 13 Plays Of 5 Yards Or Better.

On The Other Hand, Minnesota depends On Such Woeful Offensive Efficiency. The Vikings Won't Play The Panthers Again Or Too Many Other Rookie Quarterbacks This Season. Nothing Short Of Dominating this Panthers Team, Much Less Having To Mount A Comeback Against One Of The Worst Teams In Football.

Dolphins Vs. Bills

The Dolphins Rolled Into Buffalo On A Flaming Chariot Charge By Their Latest Demolition Of The Denver Broncos. The Dolphins Rank Far And Away Above Every Other Team In The League In Any Measure Of Offensive Production. Weather DVOA, Point Super Game, Point Differential, But Even With Their New Juggernaut Status, You Couldn't Shake The Sense Surrounding The Game. The Dolphins Needed To Win This Game Over The Bills More Than the Bills. Josh Allen and Buffalo Have Controlled The Division For Two Seasons, But This Year, They Looked Vulnerable After week One loss to the Jets. This Game Constituted A Shift In Power With A Dolphins Win Or A Re-Establishment Of Dominance For The Bills Over The Division With A Win, And The Bills Secured The Win. Josh Allen has Never Suffered A Loss At The Hands Of Miami.

The Dolphins Learned, A Bigger Fish Always Lurks. The Dolphins's Offense Earned All The Acclaim Heading Into This Game. The Bills' Defense Also Came In Hot—the Bills' Second Ranked Offense Jump On The Miami Defense. Josh Allen Effortlessly Manage The Dolphins's Early Attempts To Apply Pressure. Allen Attacked The Dolphins Linebackers Underneath Before Turning his Strikes Over The Top. The Bills Found Very Little Trouble Moving The Ball Against The Dolphins Defense. The Bills's Offense Produce Three Touchdowns On Through Their First Three Drives. Joahs Hit His Favorite Deep Threat, Gabe Davis, To Put The Bills On The Board, Running Back James Cook Registering His First Touchdown Of The Yearr, and Stefon Diggs Looked Like The Only Consistent Breathe On The Bills' Offense. Before The Half, The Bills Punted Just Once, Hoisted 31 and Ran Away With The Game Before. For The First Four Series Of The Game, The Two Looked Evenly Matched Offensively. Through 14 Plays, The Dolphins Produced Two Successful Drives that Resulted In Two Touchdowns By Emerging Running Back Devon Achane. But For The Rest Of The Half, The Dolphins Steamroller Hit A Snag in The Road. The Bills's Defense Switched around A lot Of Their Coverages From Pre-Snap To Post Snap, Ultimately Mimicking The Orbit Motion Of The Dolphins. All Of The Motion At Times Tripped Up The Bills. Devon Found Multiple Big Holes Early But as The Bills' Offense Stretch The Lead And Pulled Away, The Dolphins' Flight Plans Got More And More Scattered. The Dolphins Produced 12 Three Punts And A Fumble for The Rest Of The Half. The Bills Forced Miami into One Of The Few Ineffective Offensive Stretches The DolphinsProduced All Season.

When Defenses Muddy The Scene, Tua Had Two Double Process The Field, Which Works Fine For Him, But I Don't Think He's Physical Gifted Enough To Make Up For Split Decisions Down The Field. Even Looking At Tua's Stature, He's Not Physical Impressive. "Off Of The Two [Scoring] Drives That We Did Well With Our Communication," Tua said. The First Two Drives Of The Game Consisted Of Most Of The Dolphins Offense For The Game. "There were A lot Of Communication Errors." The Errors Resulted In Multiple Turnover On Downs. The Dolphins Still Generated 393 Yards Of Offense, But They Kept Tyreek Hill And Jaylin Waddle In Check For The Most. Devon Achane Rushed For Over 100 Yards.

The Bills Suffered Little Troubles With Tackling The Dolphins Defense. The Dolphins Defense, However, Had Trouble Tackling The Bills Downfield. Star Wide Receiver Stefon Diggs slipped Through Two Dolphin Tacklers Before Making His way Down the field For The Bills' Fourth Touchdown Of The First Half. Josh Allen Connected With Diggs For Three Of The four touchdown passes He Threw. Allen Played An Incredibly Efficient Game Both In The Air And On The Ground. Through The Air, Allen was 21/25 320 Passing Yards, 12.8 Per Attempt, 158.3 To Of Four Touchdowns. He Rush For Another Touchdown And helped push James Cook Over The Line For One of The Bills Early in their Five Touchdown. Diggs Caught 6 Passes For 120 Yards. For The First Time This Year, After Three Weeks Of What Seemed Unfathomable, The Dolphins Have To Bounce Back From A Lost. "I Promise You Thing We Will Get Better From This…" Tua Said After The Game. The Will Not Relinquish The East. They Won't Relinquish The AFC Overall.

Eagles Vs. Commanders

The Eagles' Offense looked Better Late As They adjusted to The New Reality Of How Opposing Teams Have Adjusted To Defend. Terry Mclaurin Caught Everything He Could For Commanders On Sunday. He's Not Taking Off On The Superstar Trail So Far This Season. Through Three Games, The Former 1000 Yard Receiver Only Has 16 Targets, 126 Yards, And One Touchdown. Still, Against The Eagles, Terry Caught 8 Passes For 86 Yards, Mclaurin Recovered A Fumble For A Touchdown To Put The Commanders Up 14-7. Still, A Late Controversial Force No Call Ultimately Proved The Difference In The Game. Sam Howell Set His Sights On McLaurin's Ten Targets, and Howell Got Tye Commander's Offense Off To a Hot Start Despite Eating Five Sack. I'd Written Howell After The Bills Ran Roughshod Over Him. Howell Connected With 9 Different Receivers And Kept The Commanders Rolling In The First Half.

The Commanders possess a lot of Talent On Offense. a Combination Of Speed Size, Agility, And Tough Running. Sam Howell, Who Finished 290 Yards On 41, Has The Envious Burden of Spreading The Ball Out To Curtis Samuel, Who Caught 7 Passes For 51 Receiving Yards And Ran In One Touchdown. Tight End Logan Thomas, who left last week's Game With A Concussion, Caught 3 Pass For 41 Yards. Second-year Year Wide Receiver Jahan Dotson Caught 4 Of 9. It was Not His Best, But He Added A Touchdown. The Commanders' Offense Tried To Work Their Run Game Heavier In The Second Half, and They Didn't Have the Correct Charge. Brian Robinson Jr. had 14 Carries, 45 Yards On The Ground, 6 Carries 19 Rushing Yards. The Commander's Game Tying Drive Features Multiple 8-11 Yard Strikes, Showed How Good This Commander Can Look When Things Click. Unfortunately, That Drive came As The Commanders Lead Had Dwindled To Dust.

With The Eagles' Cadre Of Home Run Hitters, No Lead In This League Remains Sacred over the last few Weeks. The Eagles Have Taken Advantage Of Opponents With The Ground Game And Controlling The Clock, Having To Play From Behind; The Eagles Broke Out The Bombs and the Down Field Passing Attack. Hurts Finished Fourth Amongst This Weekend's Passer In IAY(Intended Air Yards). He Finished With A Passer Rating In The 130s On Deep Passes, On His Way to a Season High 319 And Two Touchdown. Hurts Put Out Some Of His Best Work As A Passer. He Threaded Some Windows over And. Around commanders Defenders, Between The Numbers And Into The Boundary AJ Brown Again In Some Not So Subtle Pink Cleats Took Over The Game Late. Aj Brown Went Full Nuclear On THe Commanders Secondary: 9 Catches, 175 Receiving Yards, 19.4 Yards Per Reception, and Two Touchdowns. Brown Gets Back To Back 100 Yard Games And 306 Yards Total In his Pass Two Seasons. Hurts And Browns Started The Game by Carving Up Tunnels Underneath The Commanders Defense. Once The Commanders Sacrificed More Bodies Underneath and Decided T Play One On One Over The Top. You Can't Challenge One Of The Best receivers In The Game Or The Eagles' Offense On one-on-one deep; They'll Make You Pay—the Commander's Paid At The End Of The Games. "Winning Is Not Easy. Win if it Is hard, especially In This League. Especially In Tua Division," Hurts Said After The Game, "I'm Proud Of How We Fought. I'm of How We Overcame. I'm Proud Of How We Persevered."

"You Work So Hard And Prepare So Hard, And You Go Through So much To put Yourself In a Position Where Comfortable In those Moments."

The Eagles Remain Undefeated But Still Don't Resembled That Team Of Dominance Of Last years. "we're Still Putting It Together. Nobody's Playing Their Best Football Right Now," AJ Brown Said." No One Wants To Play Their Best Football In October."

Raiders Vs Chargers

What Constitutes A Winning Culture? The Chargers And Raiders Meet, AFC West Rivals Who Both Share The Same Record But Two Teams Heading in Different Directions. They're Both Searching For That Winning Recipe That Can Turn Their Season To The Right Direction. The Raiders Wide Receiver Davante Adams Posited The Problem For The Raiders Boil Down To The Absence Of Winning "Ideals."

What's The Next Step For Josh McDaniels as A Head Coach, Not Just Excelling At Scheme And Offense Or Even personnel but Getting Guys To Buy In?

Chargers Corner Asante Samuel Jr. Offered His Principles For Winning. His Game Sealing Interception Sealed Off The Raiders Come Back Victory. "It's A Team Effort. We're Not Playing One Side Of Ball," Samuel Told The Media After the Game.

The Chargers Nabbed Their First Win In Week Three, Now Brandon Staley Can Exhale But Only Briefly Becuas The Air got Thick late. The Raiders Enter Week 4 On The Heels Of Two Straight Losses. They Got Blasted By The Bills And Need Three Quarters To Get Anything Going Against The Steelers Before The "Mathematics" Of Going For Touchdowns Or Otherwise Proved Their Undoing In The Steelers. The Raiders Without Jimmy G Didn't Have The Winning Formula. Rookie Aidan O'Connell Performed Great In Place Of Jimmy G. Then That Final Throw Snatched A Perfect Moment For Him. He Almost Made Up For His Two Fumble Blunders In The First Half That Put The Team in Such A Deep. Getting Davante Adams Back In The Second Half Makes Everything Easier On The Rookie. O'Connell Missed Some Throws, Targeting Hunter Renfrow, Who Renfrow The Falloff Continues To Baffles And The Offense Couldnt Stay On The Fields.

Running Back Josh Jacobs led The Team In Catches And Receiving Yards, Though He Struggled To Gain Any Traction In The Run Game.

Just The Chargers' Defense, The Unremarkable Raiders Defense, Kept The Chargers In A Slight Hold In The Second. Even Dinged Up Hand, You're Still Facing One Of The God Shinobi Quarterbacks In The League In Justin. Stopping The Chargers Offense On A Crucial Forth And Serving Justin Herbert His First Pick Put The Raiders In Business. This Game Could've Looked Worse If Not For Those Two Plays. O'Connell Eventually Caught On To The Raiders Offensive Secret, the Accuracy Of Your Pass Doesn't Matter If You Targeting Davante Adams. I'm Joking, But Adams notched 75 Yards In The Second Half On 8 Catches. Adams Kept The Raiders Final Drive Alive With A Big Fourth Conversion Into The Boundary. The Raiders Finished An Astonishing 3/3 On Third results, Going 1/11 On Third Down For The Game. In Effect, Aidan O'Connell Racked 39 On 40 Plus Dropbacks For 238 Passing Yards But Took 7 Sacks And Through What Turned Out As The Game Sealing Pick. An Argument Has Surfaced From The Football Zeitgeist That O'Connell Could Prove A Better Option To Start For The Raiders Next Week Based On His Second Half Performance.

The Chargers Defense, A Group of big-name players but A Unit In Which I Don't Think Anyone Has Spoken Of Positively, made The Game-Changing Plays For This Team. Kahlil Mack On The Mack Attack He Experienced A Reawakening, Tagging Six Sacks On On The Rookie. Mack Didn't Dominate The Raiders Offensive Line. O'Connell Held The Ball Too Long On A Few Downs.

The Chargers Almost Put This Away Early. A Justin Herbert Goal Line Hand Over Put The Chargers Up 24-7 With three Minutes Left In The First Half. The Chargers looked absolute. While the Raiders Looked Hapless, An Injury To Justin And The Return Zinc Of Davante Adams In The Second Half Set The Raiders On Course To A Comeback. "He wasn't Coming Out. He Had That Look," I'm good. I'm Going Back In." Brandon Staley said After The Game. Justin Herbert Characterized The Injury As A "Flesh Wound," And He Never Questioned Whether He'd Return To The Game.

Further, Teat Ultimately Proved That a Flesh Wound is a More Serious Broken Finger. Regardless Of The Pain, Herbert Walked Away With a heroic 13/24 167 Passing Yards(All Career Lows), But Herbert Produced Three Half Touchdowns That Put The Chargers Too Far Away For The Raiders To Catch... Which One Of The Chargers Receivers Will Step Up? Mike Williams is Out, and Josh Palmer Caught 3 Passes For 77 Yards, Including the Game, Sealing 51 passes from Justin Herbert From The Chargers' Own Endzone. The Win Propels The Chargers To a Record Of 2-2. No One Doubted The Chargers, With All Their Talent, Couldn't Reach That Mark But They Took Some Time.

Patriots Vs Cowboys

Some Please Get Mac Jones a Quarterback Manual. I wonder if another team should give Matt Patricia a chance to call plays. The Cowboys Presents A Difficult Challenge For Any Quarterback. Dan Quinn, The Cowboy's's Defensive Coordinator, Who Again Looks Like A Top Candidate For A Head Coaching, Uncoils This Unit Who Can Generate Tons Of Pressure Without Sacrifice Bodies In Coverage; a Quarterback Has To Play Near Perfect Or Play To Whatever Level Joshua Doubs Played Last Week To Up Root The Dallas Defense. Unfortunately, Mac Jones Just Played Like A Lesser Version Of Himself Last. Jones Looks So Devoid Of Any Awareness That He Needs Someone To Hold His Hand. He Not Only Needs Bill O'Brien To Call The play, But He Also Needs O'Brien To Spot Linebackers And Point To Open Areas Of The Field. Some Of That Early Rookie Success, The Pro Bowl, The Seven Game Week Streak, The Playoff Appearance Must Have Fooled Him Into Thinking Success in The Game Comes Easy. Speaking Of Success, I Hope I Don't Fall into hubris. NFL Teams Under The Instruction Of Football Mores, Exercise Patience With Young Quarterbacks, But I've Seen Enough Of Jones. He Should Stop Throwing toward the Sidelines Completely And Shouldn't Return To the Field Until He Can Consistently Complete Passes Over The Middle. The Pats Benched Jones In The Third Quarter After 12/21, 150 Yards Passing A Couple Of Scampers And Three Turnovers." wasn't Good Enough. Not My Day," Mac Jones Said After the Game. Quite Not His Day. "My Rookie Year Didn't Start Great, But We kept Working." even Jones Reflects On The Promising Days Of His splendid Rookie Year.

The Patriot Running That Should Buoy Jones Hasn't Shown Up. Zeke Faced The Cowboys For The First Time In His Career; Six Carries 16 Yards On Te Ground.

If You're in New England, You Understand No One Will Feel Sorry For You. The Patriots have Ruled The League So Long As The Standard Bearer Of
